We are with EDF too, meter reading submitted on the 2/8. Hopefully we won't have to wait that long for a payment.

Not sure - I know it was noted on the paperwork sent off to SP on installation and on the FiT form, and then I received a message querying it then saying they wanted to change it.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

Our last 4 quarterly FIT payments from EDF have been credited to our bank account after 8, 4, 7 and 5 days respectively (including weekends). Compared to the previous 3 quarters which were 17, 42 and 30 days they have pulled their socks up considerably.Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0

After submitting a fit reading on the 1/8/13 and waiting 28 days I then phoned Scotish Power and asked about my payment. I was told it would be in the bank on the 1/9/13 ( clearly lying) I phoned again on the 3/9/13 and told them I was lyed too and was told oh no your money is not going out until the 9/9/13( clearly lyed to again) I then said that they owed me interst after 28 days. I was then informed that my contract states that they do not require to pay me interest until after the FOLLOWING month so not sure where the 28 days came from. Scotish Power are now clearly stalling and do not intend to pay me until the 2 months has lapsed. So I am not very impressed especially since I pay my bills by derect debit and at the mo I am over £300 in credit. Best Regards Dave0

Well naming and shaming here is a good start. Last time we discussed this and had a big naming and shaming session BBC Radio 4 took an interest in what was being discussed and planned a piece on 'You and Yours' and (strangely) the various companies started pulling into line before it was run!4kWp, Panels: 16 Hyundai HIS250MG, Inverter: SMA Sunny Boy 4000TLLocation: Bedford, Roof: South East facing, 20 degree pitch20kWh Pylontech US5000 batteries, Lux AC inverter,Skoda Enyaq iV80, TADO Central Heating control0 -

If you are unhappy with your energy supplier the best thing to do is go down the formal complaints route.

First thing I'd do is ring them up and ask for the credit balance to be returned .... wouldn't help with the FiT payment, but it would certainly make me feel like they weren't mugging me ...
And,, of course, I would be taking every advantage to inform the telephone agent what had sparked the request ....

Still waiting for payment. They are full of apolergies but I honestly think what ever I say will make no difference, they will not pay me until they are good and ready. Possibly end of this month (2 months after Fit reading)the latest before paying interest.I am now thinking of changing supplier and have threatened to do so. Best REgards Dave0 -
Don't waste time with 'official' complaints procedures !
CEO email .com lists as Chief Corporate Officer. An email to him outlining your complaint and the unsatisfactory nature of the microgen complaints procedure being different to the rest of the organisation's should stir things up a bit. Unlikely he'll reply personally but some ultra-keen minion will be passed the file.
For some obscure reason, I don't seem to be able to add the web link for this but you should be able to re-construct it for yourself.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
