Glad you've received your letter from us Exiled Tyke. Thought I'd pop on to let you know, if you need any more information about our scheme, we've a dedicated area with specialist advisors who look after all things FIT. Contact details will be on the letter you've received and our website.
There's also quite a bit of information on our website including some useful FAQs. You can sign up to look after your account online too. Doing this lets you enter meter readings online, receive a summary of your FIT payments and see how much electricity you've generated as well as other information about your account.
Hope this is of interest Exiled Tyke.

Thanks for this. I think I am all sorted and have already got the online account set up. With one (small) exception the FIT team have been terrific and very helpful. (So be reassured that I was not suggesting that things could have been 'mucked up' at your end - more a comment on the stress of getting all the forms and details correct)Install 28th Nov 15, 3.3kW, (11x300LG), SolarEdge, SW. Glad all's sorted Exiled Tyke. It's great you've set up online and received such a lot of help from our FIT team. Apart, that is, from the one exception - sorry about that.
Understand you didn't think we had 'mucked up' but wasn't sure you were aware of the services we offer to FIT customers and wanted to let you know, just in case.
Thanks for letting me know though. Much appreciated.

Hi, we had our solar panels installed on 15th December 2015, our installer got the FIT paperwork sent out the same day and we had an email and phone call from Eon to confirm meter readings. They told us we would get our paperwork and details in 5/6 weeks. We still haven't heard anything from them yet. Is this normal? How long do they really take?0

EON - paperwork with them 16th December - so registered etc but with an error, corrected January 4th,
Still nothing, have called and they just say working through back log. Not impressed with the speed of service.16 265w panels South facing, 45 degrees, West Norfolk.0 -

Hi manda1205
I'm sorry you're having to wait longer than usual to receive your FIT paperwork. Following a review of FIT schemes by the Government, FIT registrations were paused from 15 January to 8 February 16. During this pause, we weren't able to process any new FIT applications or applications with an MCS certificate dated on or after 15 January 16 until 8 February 16.
Applications could still be sent to us during this time but have been held until the pause ended. Welcome packs will go out after 1 April 16.
This has created a backlog that we're working through in date order. Even though you sent your paperwork before the pause, I suspect it's been caught up in this delay.
There's more information about the pause on our website and Ofgem's website.
Sorry again for the delay but hope this explains.

Hi Crowmann
As in my reply to manda 1205 above (post 1050), I suspect you're being affected by the same thing.
Sorry for the delay. We're working through the backlog in date order.
