I vary with postage on Ebay. I managed to significantly improve my postage star rating by incorporating the postage costs into the price of the item (for buy it now's) or having a slightly higher starting bid for higher value auction items and then offering free postage. That way, your buyer has no option to score you down as they have to rate you as 5 star postage because it is free. I don't do it on 99p start auctions or lower value items though.

i agree, some people are just never happy - i got marked down before for p & p and when i looked i had undercharged for postage

 Hate it when this happens. People think postage costs are too high, which yes - they do keep going up and are fairly pricey, but that's Royal Mail, not us sellers.
Buyers often don't realise how much postage actually costs, and don't look on the label on their parcel, so mark us down for it instead!!

Went through my wardrobe yesterday, and have lots of things I was just going to list at 99p for 10 days last night, but as I had to stay late at work I didn't get the time. Just as well now as they can all start for a couple of quid Sunday to Sunday now seeing as it's free listing yet again!

Couldn't believe actually how much was still in my wardrobe that hasn't been worn in ages as it no longer fits, and although I have kept some bits back, I'm going to say that I'm allowed to treat myself (only a bit though as I never buy expensive clothes anyway!) as motivation to lose weight after I've had the baby. I never lost the baby weight from my first, and have put on and on since, so once this one's popped out, I'm going to be stricter with myself. I don't want to get too big that it affects my ability to be a good parent, particularly as my son is getting to that age now where he wants to run around in the park and do lots of active play etc.

Anyway, that's not money saving, so on a more relevant note I got paid more than I was expecting, so will check my pay slip when I get to work on Monday and once I know it's meant to be over and not a mistake, that will give me a nice little extra to kick start November as I always put extra wages from overtime/bonuses etc off debt or into the 'pot' for whatever we're saving for, which at the moment is dreaded car insurance, and of course certain festivities and the new arrival at the end of the year!

Free listings, thanks for the heads up! I feel a bit ebayed out at the minute but I have a few things that I've been meaning to list but don't want them going for 99p so I guess it's more photos for me today in preparation!

Talking of ebay, another profit of £13.59 in my account today so my new total is £377.63 :j May just squeeze one more addition in before the end of the month!
