  • Im wondering the same lol

Go for it! We can spur each other on! :rotfl:

Anyway, for those of you awaiting spud shilling vouchers i've just recieved this email back from McCains....

Thanks for your enquiry and I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your voucher as yet. Our voucher supplier has been experiencing major delays with their suppliers and as a consequence have not been able to send out vouchers. They are chasing their suppliers and are aware we have a number of customers who have been waiting over 28 days for their voucher.

As soon as the vouchers have been received our supplier is going to process them immediately and send them out. At this stage we are hoping they will be with you by the end of next week.

I apologise for the delay in receiving your vouchers and would like to assure you they will be sent out and have not been overlooked.

    Best wishes

  • I have been advised by counting pennies that this is a good place to be, so here I am.......

I would love to make us an extra 300 squid a month, but this month as it is my first month, i will opt for a conservative £5 per day to start with.

I have a list planned for ebay, so this weekend I need to organise some bits, not go over the top like I tend to as this then gets too much and I get bored, so slow and steady wins the race. (do have £90 tracking on quidco but this is extra as really from last month but i will count it if I NEED to :D or maybe I could use some to buy the dress and pay the rest off??)

Well October for me has been dreadful and no chance of hitting my target. :(

Having said that I'm going to have a real stab at it next month.

I'm pleased there's another free listing weekend but have to say I've had no luck at all when there has been. Heaven knows what I'm doing wrong. As OP has mentioned they too seem to do better when just listing at 99p !

I'm almost at payout with Onepoll so hoping that'll come in for November. That's been a real slog but I'm going to stick with that regardless ve how long it takes.

I've booked a flea market stall already so fingers crossed that goes reasonably well.

    My aim for November so far is to ;

List as near to 100 items as possible.
Bundle clothing which's ok and cash in at a local cash4clothes.
    List some items on Amazon.
Surveys ( OH to do )
Weigh in some scrap metal I've been collecting to my OH's horror ( OH to do )
Enter as many competions as possible. ( In it to win it ! )

Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone this weekend and their targets for November.
At least we've an extra hour to play with too !

    Karen.

Right drove myself mad with homeinsurance this morning buts its done now

tried going through compare sites on quidco/topshop getting quotes
but no cashback tracked with either

anyway weirdly did compare the market.com

esure come up cheapest with £100 but no cashback deals
The best cashback deal was marks £45 as only wanted contents

but on compare came up at £183! but doing direct link through quidco come up as £149.
we currently paying £220 more than so £70 saving+45 cashback so £115 all together roughly 5quid worse off than esure with cashback.

    Hubbys very pleased.

but at moment its not showing on quidco- why?

also how long does it take for them to pay out
dont recall adding my bank accounts or paypal to quidco yet.

Plus not very moneysaving but needs must

hubbys nearly out of money as some direct debits coming out on 1st
payday 15th where he gets small extra bonus plus travel plus tax rebate as tax code changed so more a cashflow problem and sandtander charge for going over od really bad.

So hes done payday loan and went through quidco as said £25 cashback which makes the interest on amount he borrowed low.

But thats not tracking yet either.

exhauseted the freebies on both cashback sites

quick quid gone up from £9.90 to £11.96 not showing marks home or quick quid.
top cashback did survey for 1p so showing at £2.12

did 1you gov survey 100points says need 5000 to get 50quid wonder how long that will take me.

did another very odd survey from maximiles on morals about some bloke who swerved to misss a squirrel and ran over a child was it hois fault and other weird random questions.
The maximiles site confuses me is it any good?

really should go through cupboard of doom and find camera
as need to take pics and email my freind
also have everything ready for ebay tommorow
havent yet entered my 10comps of day yet

feeling very positive like my £10 day is acheiviable.

I've banked £45 from my loose change jar, £33 expenses claimed and £21 phone recycling making a total in excess of £290 this month which is great!! :j

I'm giving the challenge a miss for the next two months until next year because I've been taking it all too seriously and letting money saving and money making play too large a role in my life so good luck with the challenge everyone and I'll see you in 2012
