  • I'm doing awful (again). But I did dust off my Wii fit this morning, apparently it's been 111 days since I last used it :rotfl: and I've managed to gain 2lb :o
  • Also dreading my weigh in ,tomorrow morning:( I haven't been too bad with the food but the exercise has gone to pot a bit. It has been a very very busy week at work and I have been there untill 9pm on two out of the four days I work, which has meant I just haven't had the energy to do any exercise. I suppose I could dust off my wii.
Well sone to everyone who is loosing.

First weigh in for the month and *waves goodbye to 15st* Scales show 14st 12.5lbs so that's 3lb loss :D
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • Well done siren that is impressive:j
I am also here to report a weight loss. Only 1lb but considering I was worried it would be a big fat zero I am happy. Now if I can just try harder this week I might get below the ten and a half stone mark by next weeks weigh in.:)

First weigh-in this morning after a very mixed week. Have been really busy, so haven't stuck to the healthier eating as much as I hoped but will be trying harder next week.

But even so, have managed to lose 2lbs this week so now down to 235lbs :j

No change on the scales this week :( Still 10st 7lbs. I did use different scales, as my housemates moved out and took theirs! I really need to start exercising!

Pretty rubbish regarding weightloss right now, I'm not sure if I'm in the right mood to do it yet :(

    Hi all,

Had a busy week, getting ready for my first craft fair next Saturday, in an effort to boost my part time work wage, so have been busy making Jam, marmalade, soft toys, christmas cards, etc

Sorry just seen your comment, about our free staff lunch,

Blimey that is a good perk of working for who ever you work for very MSE!! :money:

Do they have a working party / committee with the caterers? if so you / your rep could suggest better options, ie more salads.

I actually work in the restaurant, but staff meals are limited to only a few of the menu items including the burger section which I tested last week. Most healthy option is Jacket Potato with filling, so this weekend I had Jacket with tuna on both my shifts, which has resulted in a 1lb loss this week for me! Not the greatest loss, but at least I didn't STS again.

Well done to all this week who shifted a lb or two, keep up the good work!

Hi can i pretty please join you? I need a big kick up the backside and hopefully this is the motivation I need.

Bit of background, been overweight ALL my life, well ok not all but ykwim, tried lots of diets time and time again but the weight as usual just goes back on. The best I achieved was nearly 4 stone in 2009 by following the celebrity slim diet but I couldn't continue because of a) the cost and b) the limitations, i need a healthy living plan that is going to help me lose weight long term.

Fell pregnant in 2010 and the weight loss started again (all day sickness , it was the same when I was pregnant with DD, the best diet ever :p!!) Had the wee man and was doing ok (b/feeding ) but the weight is coming back on big time. After I had dd I threw the weight on and was at my heaviest ever but I ended up seriously depressed so don't want that to happen again.

Anyway took the plunge and weighed myself this morning and got a huge shock :o so enough is enough, I need to get a grip, and hopefully you lovely people will help me along the way :) I am planning on following Scottish slimmers as i have done this before and find it the easiest.

    Thank you x
