Weigh in day, 14 st 9lbs. Just read through the posts to find last weeks weight and am shocked at 3 1/2lb loss
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • Good morning Dragon and everyone else. Well done to everyone who is losing weight there are some big drops this week:j

Just another measley 1lb for me though:o Still it is in the right direction. I am a little bit dissappointed because i have sneaked a peak at the scales on a few occasions and I had got below this but last night I cooked a big meal for my elderly parents as it was their wedding anniversary and I suspect the apple crumble and custard did not help;)

Still a new week has begun. Targets for this week,1) at least two one hour walks and 2) to finally dust off my wii.

    Keep going everyone.:)
(We got out the holiday photos last night...I can't believe how big I looked. How did I not notice????? Still I have now lost over half a stone since then...lets hope the Christmas photos tell a different story.)
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

Of course you can FairyShazza (and did you have a good holiday?)

It was great thanks - went to Las vegas for my husbands brothers wedding. Ate and drank far too much but was pleased that I hadn't put on any weight when I got home :D

Must admit I was glad to come home to some healthier foods though!

Morning just popping in to say a 4lb loss for me this week :D It's my first weigh in so a decent enough water loss (although was secretly hoping for a wee bit more ;)).

I've found being back on the slimming wagon pretty easy so far so long may it continue!!!

Weigh in this morning and really happy to report a 5lb loss :D

I now weigh the lowest I have done since June 2005 which is a major achievement for me. Now to keep going as I still have plenty that I need to drop!

    Hi all,

Dissapointed to say I STS again .

Had a bad week and pigged out on chocolate and left over treacle toffee from the craft fair on Saturday.

Hopefully this week will be better. Well done to those who lost this week!
