It's that time again. Still all heading in the right direction, 14st 5 1/2 this week. Loads of little victories in the last 7 days including buying a stunning top in a size 16 for when I fit in it, only to try it on when I got home and it fitting beautifully. I'm actually starting to look (relatively) normal lol
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • Another 1lb this week dragon. I am dissappointed as I feel I have been SO good. However my hormones are all over the place so I don't think this helps. Also anyone else find it hard to stick to low calorie food when it is so cold in the evening?:o

Still I did hit my target of two one hour walks and I got my wii out. My daughter and I have been playing "Just Dance" I had forgotton how much fun it could be:)

Not sure how this week will pan out. It is half term and so although I have loads of work to do, I shall do most of it at home where the temptation to snack will be great. My other downfall will be if I start cooking home made bread or caKes(sigh........) On the plus side I should have more time to do some exercise.

    Keep going everyone.

Well I stayed the same this week but after a weekend on pain killers I am not too unhappy with that.
