No. 20, my age (em, times 2.5
) reporting in. SW 176, this week -2lbs, so 174lbs :j
Cancel that :j. Just looked at my records and that 176 is also what I weighed last November , and I started the year at 174lbs . So annoyed with myself. Still, onwards & downwards.
Well done everyone else :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hi everyone. I'm in again for this month dragon. A bit of a failure last month as I stayed the same for the last couple of weeks, so my start weight for this month is 8st 12. This week I'm determined to go swimming and go to the gym every weekday this week (I can't do weekends as I'm working, but I'll exercise at home). Yesterday I swam for 1 hour straight (70 lengths) and went to the gym for 2 hours burning 1000 calories. I'm not sure the calories burned in an hour of swimming (anyone here know? It was the breaststroke). Then today same again for swimming and 800 calories at the gym. Think I might go on my exercise bike after tea though, I've a lot of TV to catch up on.
Well done to everyone who lost this week!0 -

I've been feeling very sluggish lately, my metabolism seems to have slowed right down for some reason. Probably stress or lack of sleep maybe. Even though I've been getting mostly good night sleeps, just a few short ones!
My plan is this weekend is to finally check out the local gym, it's been my only free weekend since I've started. It's only 15 minutes walk away.
I need to do my weekly fruit and veg shop still this week. I haven't had a proper evening meal since Saturday. I worked 14.5 hours yesterday! No wonder I feel so tired lol0 -
I got my Heart Matters pack from the British Heart Foundation today
Hopefully it can give me some weightloss tips.

Probably not had the best day today in terms of diet
I had a chicken tikka massala from yamyams for lunch and a burger king for dinner! Then again I have only just got back in. I was at a gig tonight, so burned a bit of the burger king off I guess. It didn't taste brilliant and I didn't eat it all, so don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon! lol.
I haven't even had a chance to weigh myself yet! I'll do that tomorrow just before I pop in the shower... dreading it, I don't think I've lost anything!0
