I wondered where everyone else was. There was I just about to have a final push for September. My starting weight had better be 148.5lb . That's todays and it will bring me closer in line to when everyone else weighs in. Not quite 7lb for September then.
Still it's a new day and a very lovely one at thatjust right for [STRIKE]sunbathing[/STRIKE] going for a nice walk;) I hope to do better this month but I seem to start well and then get distracted, feel free to nag me.
Not a problem, September's thread is still active but this way people are ready for October as well! So wait until Saturday and give your starting weight then

Hi all
Can I join please? Have been needing to lose wight for as long as I can remember, but have so much to lose to reach my end target that I just get disheartened and give up. Only worrying about 7lbs at a time might be the way to go for me, and would make me feel like I was achieving something!
Starting weight this morning 16st 13lb:eek:

Well weighed myself yesterday and I'm still 10st 7lbs

I've got a lot planned this month, so hopefully it will involved moving round more and burning calories. 4 music gigs, so lots of jumping up and down/moshing lol.
I just need to lay off the booze I think. I had a bit too much last night, didn't even plan on going out! I don't drink at music gigs, except water so I wont be drinking those 4 nights lol.
I had a nice couple of walks today, well to my brothers and back and then to Tesco and back. Lots of walking tomorrow watching British Touring Car at Brands Hatch tomorrow, lugging my heavy camera!0 -
Hello dragon and everyone else. Better start me off at the 148.5lb mentioned in my last post. I did dip briefly below this but being totally rushed off my feet has meant I really have not had time to plan my healthy low fat meals.:o
Still it is a new month and just having to think about only the next 7lb, makes it feel acheivable. Lots of nice walks in the autumn sunshine for me:D
I am pleased to report that after the September challenge my "fat day trousers" fit again. Maybe by the end of October my "normal trousers" will fit and I won't have to go and buy a whole new wardrobe. Or maybe I should just treat myself to some new clothes because I will have lost nearly a stone if I acheive it. We shall see. I would just like to put some clothes on and think "looking good" IYSWIM.
Good luck to everyone.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0
