Count me in again! I'm going to weigh myself Friday morning. See how much weight I lost. I joined mid month last time and lost 3lbs. So hopefully it's stayed off and more has come off. Even though it doesn't feel like I've done much, when in fact I've made a good start by not snacking all the time lol0

Can I join please? Starting weight 12st 8lbs. Had lost over 3st at SW but managed to put 7lbs back on in 6 weeks - holiday & birthday celebrations _pale_. 5 weigh-ins in Oct, so 7lbs is doable.
Bring it on!
or should I say..........
Get 'em off!!!!!!!!

Its a soup diet, and there are some great recipes. The first 4 days are pretty basic and geared towards water loss (lots of celery and parsley), but there are some great breakfasts with poached fruit, soy yoghurt and nuts.
After four days the soups get more interesting, ie. with beans, chillis, fish, chicken and so on.
Didn't get hungry at all, but had some almonds/pecans in my bag for snacking just in case.
The diet is in a book called The Big Healthy Soup Diet by Linda Lazarides.
I will give you some of the recipes if you are interested, let me know.
I lost 4kg in 7 days, but still need to go some to get to my ideal weight.
Recipes would be great, though it depends how time consuming it is :rotfl:

Hello - can I join please
I weighed myself today and I am 13 stone 13lbs - I would like to be 13 stone 7lbs by the end of the month - that's 6 lbs altogether this month
I would like to lose around 2 stone by March when we go to South Africa for a month
My main vices are bread (garlic, garlic with cheese etc..) and wine (red, lots of it)
I have a wii fit thing and got on it at the weekend - "hello it's been 541 days since your last visit, have you been busy?
You've put on 1 stone 8 lb"
And then it had the blooming cheek to "tubby up" my little profile picture.
I assume once I start losing the little picture will slim down

Do you use wii fit? what exercises do you do?
I did the body test and it says my body is 42 years old (I'm 47 so not bad for a fattie) but I think I just had to balance for a bit. I'd had a glass or 3 of wine so my balance may not be as good when I'm not under the influence0 -

The 10 minute stepper thingy is my favourite and I also like the ski jump. I do the waist twist exercise (forgot what it's called) and sometimes I do the hula hoop
I did the body test once and my body age was 40 something I think (I'm 18!)
I now have an Xbox360 Kinect so I do a fitness routine on there too.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -
Happy to send you the recipes a few at a time. However, the book is really worth getting as it is a mine of information for good nutrition and information on each food's effects and benefits. There are 60 soup recipes (which only a fraction are used in the 7 day detox) and are great for cooking once you have finished the detox and are quite unusual, not the usual soups you may find in a regular recipe book, eg. Scallop and pototo chowder, sweet potato and groundnut, French lentil and spinach, lentil with roasted sweet peppers and apricots..................................................... FEELING HUNGRY!!Recipes would be great, though it depends how time consuming it is :rotfl:
Word of warning tho.............. the first four days have the Potage of celery and parsley for lunch (ie. Water release soup) which by day 4 you will be thoroughly sick of eating - but at least that way you will only have small portions. :rotfl:£2012 in 2012 = £34.440
