Morning everyone
Overcast and wet here this morning, started raining during the night, really dark and murky, yuck! Boys and myself got back from caravan rally yesterday afternoon, DH still there as it doesn't finish until tomorrow lunchtime. Had a good weekend, dinner was excellent and everything seemed to run smoothly. Just need to now get ready for the AGM this next weekend, then the Chairman's job is handed over to someone new, so won't be under so much pressure, which will be nice. Caravan going into the caravan hospital on Saturday afternoon, but not got any trips away organised until mid November. We are going away October half term but not with the caravan.
Got 1 load in WM and on the line to dry, then put another load in to put out this morning before going to work - and it's raining, so that will stay there - perhaps the rain will stop later and I can put it out when I get home. Made myself and boys a savoury rice dish last night, used up some smoked sausage, onion, mushrooms, rice, peas - quite delish for something thrown together. Tonight we have fresh pasta and sauce, as have a meeting at school for DS1's trip next summer. Have a job application that I need to complete ready to post off - started it at the weekend when I had a few spare minutes but really need to concentrate and get it done - that's going to be tonight's job once all other chores are done.
Going to work shortly - not sure what today will bring, last Monday was quite for a Monday so we could be in for a busy one, nice!!
Have a great day everyone, hugs to those that need/want them, take care.

Morning All,
A nicer morning here so will peg the last bits of DD washing out. She didn't come home last night as it is easier to get to nursery and work from Ex's yeh right! I suspect, hope a reconcilliation is on the cards, wow thats a big word for Monday:p
Tea tonight is bolognese made by DS in cookery today so will also pull some meatballs out just in case.
DS and GF have arrived home safely in Australia, so I can rest easy today, I always worry when they are travelling.
For those with kids off to uni, in my experience they always come back, usually when you have just decided to use the spare room as an office, sewing room:cool:
House is tidy and washing mainly done, just some to put away so will have a nice long shower and then pop into the local town and do a quick scoot around the charity shops, also need to pop into the library and pick up some bread. Also nip into the post office.
Will do some more ebay posting this afternoon.
Need to catch up with Downton at some point as my DH wanted to watch the new Stephen Fry programme last night. It was good and we don't watch much together. Tonight will watch TOWIE but I will defnitely be watching that on my own.
Have a good day xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Morning Everyone x
I had the longest and busiest weekend ever!
Friday I dealt with my Ex, who responded really very well, so my plan worked. Had to deal with my parents who are worried about the Ex situation, but my mum is finally coming around!
Went to a 1st Birthday Party on Saturday, where we sat and watched a DVD with all the video's and photo's of the babies first year... it was 90 minutes long, and even the dad didn't watch it... the mum gave up after 60 minutes!!!! I personally don;t like Birthday parties where all the guests are mainly adults and it's all about the adults and not the children!
I also collected a chair for nursing, so drove 4 hours that day!!! 8 Hours over the whole weekend!!!! Didn't get home (after visiting friends until 12.30am... and had Church Sunday!
Yesterday after Church I just cooked, Banana Bread (DS loved it, it was my first attempt) and 2 huge lasagnes, stuffed mushrooms for lunch and pancakes for dinner... am so exhausted today!
And went on the scales this morning... I've gone and lost 1.5lbs!!! Driving me nuts, I finally gained 3lbs and at 25 weeks pregnant I am 19.5lbs lighter then when I started (1.5lb gain from the lowest weight) I thought being 6 months pregnant next week means I should be getting FATTER!!! Especially since I am enjoying my food again!
So today I have put on the Bread, and have a second loaf to do today. Washing is on too...! I am going to sort my menu and do my shopping list today I think! It doesn't help that we still haven't sorted the freezer out and I am too big to go through it and see what food I have to help plan around it all...!
Dinner tonight is one of the Lasagne's I made yesterday with salad
Hope everyone has a nice day x

Morning All,
DS up & off to school, DD up  on her day off getting ready to go out for a days retail therapy with her bff & DP still snoringI had another restless night & I think I disturbed him quite a bit
so I shall leave him be for now. Maybe I should look for a recliner like HH's
Sun is out & already it is quite warm, DS went out in shorts & t shirt.
DW is on, no washing  to do & I have divided the lo corn beef hash & frozen 2 portions for lunches during the week.
Dinner tonight will be jacket pots with the lo chicken from yesterday, beans, coleslaw & salad & the carcass has gone into the freezer to await it's turn in stockmaking.
Have a couple of phone calls to make including a dentist appt for DS, ( thanks Molly for the reminder) & one to CAB to see if I can get someone to go through my DLA forms before I send them off. Have also received my ESA forms so must get them done as well (hope I don't have to go through the same rigmarole as last time).
Once that is all done I am going to clear the DR table & make a start on some Christmas bits
Hope you all have a good day x
Hugs, spoons & hi5's as needed x

Morning all,
another disturbed night in & out of the bathroom, getting so fed up with being ill. I really wanted a glass of wine (or 3) last night more than anything, I suppose it's down to forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest, normally I'm not fussed. Last week I sorted out all clothes that are too big for me now, I took a lot to CS but kept a lot back. I'm going to get the SM out today and try and take in some of them. Last night was spent unpicking, seams and darts on blouses, T shirts, skirts etc. Waste not want not my DM said as she boiled potato peelings and roasted them for our dinner. Bleugh. _pale_
Bed stripped and remade, sheets etc in WM BM finished.
It certainly is spider season here, last night 1 ran passed me, I could have sworn it was an 8 legged cat. DH found 3 in the kitchen this morn, we normally put a pint glass over them slip some paper under then take them outside, we needed to use a pyrex bowl on 1 of them, it was so big.
Lawn needs mowing but it's far too wet so that's a job for another daY.
BITSY AND MOORHEN, glad your littlies had a fun B/day party.
UOLYPOOL, Pleased to hear DD is visiting you today, play it
DONNY GAL, Your trip sounds interesting, have fun.

Same here! I am terrified of them and they are everywhere... and the cats just ignore them (fat lot of good they are!), the other day there was one the size of my hand in the garage... so I ran out of there so fast and had to get DH to go back and get my handbag from the car!!!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. Morning peeps.
Sun shining here and am delighted with this week's forecast! Lots of lovely vit D to give us a much needed boost before winter.
We've had a love;ly weekend - meal at DD's on Fri night, I went on a one day course on Saturday which was interesting. Gave me a confidence boost as well when I had to go and write on the board (ha ha sound like primary 1) -when I turned round to face 'the class' I thought aaahh I love this - taught in FE until a couple of years ago and although I LOVE being away from it, it was good to have that feeling back. Yesterday we went to the horse racing and we both had 2 winners.
Off out with dogs in a mo. Have a list of things to get through this morning so better get a move on.
Take care all - oh, Molly - I might have to ask you to give me a kick up the b*m to do my washing - you seem to be very good at it (washing that is, not kicking up b*m!:p)
w
ed to add - Beth, just saw your post. (((hugs))) to you and hope you feel better soon. You're very brave going near a spider that needs a pyrex bowl!! I'm shivering at the thought:eek:. I think I'd need help (and be in another room when the action was taking place)0 -
Morning everyone.
Sun is out here. Makes a change from yesterday with non stop rain!!
It's my mums birthday today so I am going round to her house for lunch today. Brut before I get there I need to strip chicken I roasted late last night. Put vac round and blanch some cauli and broccoli I bought from Aldi. Pick up a parcel from post office and take back library books. All in a couple of hours.
WM is on. The basket is full. Again :eek::eek: what is the washing doing?? Breeding??!!!
Not sure what's for tea tonight.
Hugs and spoons all round. Try and catch up later xxI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Morning all
Feeling a bit sleepy this morning, but did sleep well.
Am in work today but not really got much work to do :rotfl:. I was meant to be going with a colleague to the next town to do some recruiting but he appears to have gone without me! Ah well, it didn't need 2 of us anyways.
Tonight I'm meant to be going to visit my best friends' mum in hospital. She is having chemo. My friend had booked a holiday a few months ago, and it clashed with her mum's chemo times so I offered to go visit her. We have been friends since we were 5, so I know her mum well. But I'm waiting for a text from her family to let me know which ward she is in, so it may not be til tomorrow that I go.
OS wise - WM will need to go on tonight, DW needs emptying but think flatmate will do that.
I did the reboot on my laptop yday as instructed by Acer. I was told it would take an hour or so, 14 hours later it is still doing it! I hope it hasn't broken! So I need to ring Acer later to sort it out.
Have a good day all
