COMP!! I just found this - I didn't realise it was here!
Please can I join? My starting goal was to lose 40lbs - I've done 7 so far. I lost that while keeping a food diary on one of those clever websites - since I stopped I've not put it back but haven't lost any more. My new goal is to zap the remaining 33lbs. Am going to start again tonight and will be sticking to the 1200 cal limit.
I'm also going to go back to measuring inches to get a feel for how my body is changing - so I don't get too demoralised if the scales aren't shooting downwards!

Have replaced them, and found I've lost further 0.2lb to make it 2lb loss so far:cool:
OK, not much, but better than gaining weight:o0 -
