Well I have A LOT to lose so I'm trying to break it down into smaller goals.
My first BIG goal is to lose 2 stone but I've broken that down as follows - lose 7lbs, then 14lbs, then lose 21lbs and then onto the 28lbs.
I'm on my third week of WW and to be honest I was really down in the dumps over the weekend as my second weigh in only showed a loss of 1lb. I know a loss is better than a gain and all that but where I weigh so much I had expected to lose more. But oh well.

Well that's a good start, well done! :T Also, you may be losing inches too, so don't be too disheartened.
I have a lot to lose too, but not worth thinking about the big amount too much otherwise I'll get fed up have to go and buy myself a cake.:rotfl:

Oh definately no inches yet lol.
Hopefully in a few more weeks I'll have lost the first 7lbs. I've got my reward waiting for me at home already (new mascara) - I'm just not allowed to use it yet.0 -

At WW last week, a woman was saying that during the week she'd fancied a snickers bar (7 points) but thought "I'll be good" and had a weight watchers mini victoria sponge instead (3 points). Only that didn't hit the spot, so she had another. Still didn't do it, so she had the snickers as well. :rotfl: My point (in a long winded way) is that you shouldn't deprive yourself of 'stuff', rather control the amount that you have0 -
Very Best of luck ladies! ... Oh and myfitnesspal is something i'd recommend to anyone trying to loose weight, its a real eye opener to how many calories you have in a day - i often under estimate ! Its free too so thats my MSE bit in too !

Yay!!! Just popping in to say that I lost a further 2.5lb at weigh in tonight, making my overall total 7lb in two weeks!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0
