Ok, confession time, I now have 11.75lbs to lose until my first target.
Yes I have managed to put ON weight, which is why I've been MIA for a few days.

With the wii zumba, I find the belt a little irritating - you're meant to keep the wii-mote on your hip, but I find that the belt has a tendancy to 'spin' as you're moving. Hi there - can I join too?
I had a baby a year ago and am desperate to lose weight before I get pregnant again. My BMI is a shocking 35.5 and health wise I need to lose about 40kg to be a "normal" weight - so it's going to be a long journey...
I've been doing a low carb diet for 8 weeks now and have lost 5kg but the weight loss has slowed right down. I'm thinking I'm going to have start exercising to kick start things.0 -
