Could we list our target too?
In my case I've lost 1lb out for 5lb I need to lose (to the weight I got pg with once - ended in mc). My BMI is 21.7.

I have an awful lot of weight to lose. Overall I would like to lose about 9 stone eek!!
Looking on the bright side after Friday I will have lots of time for exercise so should be able to lose loads.0 -
I have quite a bit to lose, but I weighed myself this morning and I'd like my first target to be 9.5lbs by Christmas. I know that may sound like aaaages but I really struggle to lose weight0

After being asked if I was pregnant earlier this week I've relised that I definitely need to cut down the biscuits. I was doing well in the spring and had lost about a stone but I've put it all back on since ttc as I keep thinking that maybe it would be better not to go for a run 'just in case' its really stupid I know.
So hopefully we can keep each other motivated, and on track?
I think my target loss is the stone I have put back on, at least that would be a good start.
Its a lovely cold sunny day here so I think a walk would be nice, I'm going to try get my OH to join me

I did a long brisk walk yesterday, so my thighs are hurting today:o
Seems I don't have any muscle:p
I'm planning on doing similar tomorrow (I'll give my muscles a rest - or is it just an excuse?:shocked:).
Also, I don't have any choccies, crisps or ice cream in the house:cool:0 -

Lily_the_legend - 9.5lb by christmas is a good target. The last thing you want is to set yourself a target you don't think you'll meet as otherwise you'll think to yourself "I didn't meet that target so what's the point in carrying on?". At least that's how I'd think..........
As well as doing weightwatchers, I've recently started zumba to help me lose inches and tone up. I do have the 30 day shred but I only did one day last time around and hated it. Maybe once I'm a little fitter....Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
I realise my 5lbs looks small compared to other people's targets, but I'm being realistic:o
Obviously I'd like to be size 8, and for that, I'd need to lose a lot more, but that's not going to happen any time soon:D0 -
Sign me up! I've lost 3lbs so far, out of a total of 23lbs I want to loose. I'm just eating more healthily, doing the 30 day shred (today is day 5), and logging all my food and exercise on myfitnesspal - which is the key for me as I've realised if I don't log what I eat I dramatically underestimate how many calories I've had in a day.0
