Well, it seems to me that there is one of these threads started by a newbie every few days. I find it hard to believe that all these things happened at the same time and that it took so long that the food was dripping.

I still think that someone out there simply does not like supermarkets.

imho Tesco customer service is appailing, I had never had a incident where they even acknowleged any responsibility this included over charging (computers), selling out of date items (my fault for not checking all the dates) or rude staff.
If i never visited another tesco it would be a day too soon.

based on that promo poster i would assume you coudl choose NAY frozen products for £10.

That is exactly what I thought, however according to Tesco managers you must buy the items pictured on the poster to be eligible.
