I got a DTD on phones and read somewhere that someone returned them as there receipt was written on, but I have also read on various threads that you can return using your credit card statement. If I return with my credit card statement and clubcard, will they also see that I had a DTD refund and therefore refuse refund?
Thanks
Not 100% sure but I don't think they would know... I never use a clubcard with my dtd just in caseI had quite a few golden dtd and returned them no problem... hth

Did you use a receipt though to return them? I'm worried if I just take my bank statement in that they will say no then I have drawn attention to myself. I only go to one tesco so am a little bit scared, but this phone was £100 and I really could do with the money lol0 -
Napolia tomatoes chopped and plum at my local, £2.45 bogof. Obviously an error but didn't stop me getting a trolley full and dtd back from cs. Is stores specific as my other local had them correctly labelled at £4.45 bogof. Hope you find some.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

If the phone is faulty then they will refund the money and proof of your bank statement is fine.
If there is nothing wrong with the phone then they are under no obligation whatsoever to refund a single thing...... but... they probably will.0 -
I found a contact member of staff it was the JLS dolls, convinced it was a bargain went straight to the tills......£14.97 each.
I wonder if it had been overridden by the store as other places were about a pound.....Southend store again!!
There are two variations of JLS dolls - the older ones in silver coloured boxes were reduced to £1.50 but the new 'Outta This World' ones are full price at £14.97. Some of them don't scan at the price checkers though.

I spoke to a lovely SA in there who scanned a load of stuff for me and she was telling me that the electrical staff had taken most of the electrical bargains and a lot of the other staff had got the right hump with them over it!!! So don't think customers stood a chance in there:(
I guess if we were staff we'd be tempted to do the same but what a shame.
Thinking of giving that store a miss from now on, I hate the parking there too. Not sure where might be better though (within reasonable driving distance) That one suited me as I could stop at A on my way home without going out of my wayFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Not a huge earner, but every little helps, esp if you need bluetack...
T's own 'white tack' usually £1 on promo for 75p... I bought 2 packs but scanned at £1 ea. Lovely cust serv lady refunded the full £2! Said I was tempted to buy some more - she just laughed and said that she'd removed the SEL already!0 -
