Hiya have ordered a few irons for me and my family at 71p each if they dont get substituted and are not in stock will i still be charged delivery??

If that's all you've ordered then your order will be cancelled and you won't be charged anything. f you have ordered any other items, you will be charged delivery.
  • Hi!

Quick question, does anyone know if DTD deals include online deals? If so, how do you claim your DTD?

    Thanks :)

entirely different with online and cards, if you make a contract to pay the price then it stands, if they charge more than the final invoice you can get it back but unless there is some inconvenience to you they only give the difference.
If its a low misprice they often cancel by phone....and not even very apologetic.

Saw a mate in Tesco the other day and was showing him the scanners.
He was buying JOHNSON'S BABY WIPES pink packs and they were going through for £1 instead of £2.44.

I think I have just been trouted :( I was buying two meat packs for £10 Irish beef steaks and a silverside beef joint. I did notice the joint wasn't stickered but went back and checked the packaging and the lables were the same and the SEL said the silverside was included.
The packs went through at £6 each so I trotted off to customer service, the CS lady was lovely but said she had to call the manager and I had to show her where I got it from.

So the manager appears and the first thing she said was 'Maybe you have to buy two packs of the beef steaks', so I explained I had checked and the silverside was definately included. She then marches me to the meat section and I show her where I got the offer. She has a read and then tells me the silverside joint I had picked up wasn't included, it was 825g not 800g and another customer had probably left it there when they saw the deal. She said to pick another of the joints and while I was checking the dates I noticed another of the joints like the original one I picked up, so I gave her it.

Anyway back at cs she lets the cs lady it wasn't an overcharge. :( no DTD just the £2 back. Oh well. Never found any hairdryers either so a most unsucessfull trip really.

I have been away for a while so has my original thread been moved?

Heskpesk here's what happened. Thread 11 was moved to the gone board a while ago as some people complained it had too much chat on it. It then was moved back to the normal board, again someone moaned too much chat so it went back to the gone board. Hope you're following this:rotfl:Then their were a lot of individual posts about T's on the main board and a few people complained and said they should be on the misprice board, but that had been put on the gone board. So someone closed it on the gone board and a new one was started here. If it's any consolation we all missed it on the gone board so have started and Elite11 thread in commemoration of your one that was closed;) This was all due to a few people complaining !!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

I was unlucky with the toys, I didn't get any.
