There are box-loads of them at my local too - they are full price at £12 as well. I simply don't know how they can sell them at half price in one store and full price in another!!! It just doesn't seem right! :mad:It only takes a moment to say a Thank-You, which goes a long way!0 -

They are £12 in every store, it's just that some had a half price SEL, but still scanning at full price, hence the DTD. No store is selling them at half price.

Whatever store policy they may have, it does not affect your statutory rights. If the item you have purchased is defective, for instance, you DO have the right to return it!!!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

I found a contact member of staff it was the JLS dolls, convinced it was a bargain went straight to the tills......£14.97 each.
I wonder if it had been overridden by the store as other places were about a pound.....Southend store again!!0 -

Sometimes they do not write anything on the receipt and you could take it back and get DTD twice!!!! But we couldnt do that!Every sixty seconds you spend angry, upset or mad, is a full minute of happiness you'll never get back..:p

Some stores definately override the prices. I have to big T's about a mile apart and things will glitch in one but not in the other.Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

you shouldn't be getting dtd twice... one dtd and a golden is to return it for refund... you don't get 25 quid extra and still keep the item0 -

Hi,
I got a DTD on phones and read somewhere that someone returned them as there receipt was written on, but I have also read on various threads that you can return using your credit card statement. If I return with my credit card statement and clubcard, will they also see that I had a DTD refund and therefore refuse refund?
Thanks0
