my daughter bought the same headphones and was told the barcodes didnt match and neither did the description...on the SEL it said Pink but on the package it said Raspberry... well my daughter pointed out the Black pair said Charcoal..or somthing on those lines.. so she did get dtd.. so just got her money back

Thank you piggy! I also bought Doritos yesterday but for some unknown reason I didn't check my receipt until I read your post and sure enough the BOGOF didn't kick in. Phoned HO this morning they are sending me a giftcard for £6, so thanks once again.

went to do my shop today.

No OOD SEL anywhere to be found, Andrex clip strips vanished (there were 2 in diff parts of store previously)

All reduced items are hardly reduced at all except for potatoes, 5kg for 85p

Did get a car demister for 25p, but the SEL was actually 25p on these.

Glad I had 3 coupons to use, but still spent £89 (too much money)

Not sure if this has been posted or not but the Bold 2-in-1 Washing Machine Gel in Lavender and Chamomile is £1.75 for 24 washes, not showing as on offer, just normal price on the shelf. Thought this was quite good as the other varieties were around £5

Sorry, that's rubbish. You need to phone or email Head Office CS and explain. Hopefully they can contact the store or if you are able to scan in your receipt, you could attach it to the email. Tesco policy on overcharge is double the difference - it does not say on the board behind CS desk that it is limited to 2 - if you email you could suggest that CS retraining in that store would be beneficial to the customer, to enable the staff to implement the 'company policy' and not their own.

Yes, I would email philip clarke, but I would have also got my dtd then asked for the store manager/manager in charge and complained about the trout and told them that you would be emailing HO. I know that staff sometimes have a hard job with the public, but for someone to be on the CS desk and be rude to customers is wholly unacceptable and needs addressing at the store. I wont put up with it anymore, not from Tesco CS staff.

Hi Does anyone have any more information on the 25p Andrex Walkabout Rolls or even the barcode thanks - think I missed that one.
