went to another store today and got 12 more bottles of wine (mixed rose, white and red, all 3 for £12) huge discount and paid an average of £2 per bottle, That's xmas drinks sorted and a few pressies. Managed to get some of the pistacio nuts but nothing else, Thanks to all the OPs :beer:

DVDs to check: Cats and Dogs is stickered £2 but should scan at £3 so £1 after dtd;
Free willy Collection is stickered £4 but should scan at £7 so £1 after dtd.

Just got back from Ts and got the CDM for 34p, no SEL so did a trial scan and then filled up with 5 bars. Still loads left.

Got 6 bottles of Gallo Rose Merlot. Should be £6.29 each but were on 3 for £12 and then got the 25% off on top of that so came to £14.56 for 6, working out at £2.43 at bottle!! Result!!!:beer:

Also picked up some other bargains, B1G2F on cadbury sponge puddings £2.00 each and B1G2F on The Pizza Factory pizza, £3.59 each.

Hi, I've been lurking for a while but just wanted to say thanks to the OP for the wine. I've just picked up 18 bottles, got 3 for £12, 25% off and also had a voucher for £6 off a £40 Spend so managed to get the lot for £35. That's a few more Christmas presents sorted and a few for me too :beer:

The Cono Sur Pinot Noir has been put back up to £5.99 a bottle (with a label saying £1.50 off, was £7.49!) in my local Tesco this afternoon. Fibbers - it was £2.19 last week.....as my wine rack will atest to

I was looking at getting a DJ Hero 2 for the xbox 360 - big point of sale display in Tesco, priced at £69. Looking round the store though, noticed the same thing on the shelf , priced at £19 - checked with the girl, who went away and scanned it - that was the price!!!
Seems to be going through at £19 for xbox 360 and ps3, not sure about the wii, sorry.

Chocolate was scanning full price at Tesco in Alfreton, express in Ripley and Tesco in Heanor. No Cono Sur wine at all anywhere

As for the chickens Im so upset! Tesco in Alfreton, picked up the Tesco Finest chickens which were supposed to be half price but they were priced full. Went to customer service, she went and checked. Said i cant figure out why they are different prices to the half price, maybe the bar codes are different. I said dont you double the difference if youve been overcharged? She didnt answer. Gave me a full refund and took the chickens back to put back on shelf. :mad: Slightly angry right now! I thought the policy was to double the difference in what you had been overcharged and let you keep the product?

They are MEANT to DTD but some stores work on the basis that very few people know about DTD and just give a refund. I suggest you ring the main CSD helpline and tell them that not only did you not get DTD but you didn't get the product either. They should give you a voucher for the correct amount.
