I think you will find we were trying to show the OP how he could have been a little more savvy and got them for FREE.
DTD of course doesn't apply when you tell the SA oops that ain't the price on the shelf because they can now rectify the problem on their tills and as such no overcharge. But had he kept quiet like you, I and many others do he would have got them for FREE.
But hey if telling someone how to get something for FREE is a disagreement, then consider my knuckles rapped and won't happen again.
ok..you werent disagreeing...more 'debating' your agreement.!...I know you were showing the OP how to get them for free...but dont think they had much choice in the matter if manager put them through manually at 8?p each....not sure if he actually alerted the manager that the price was wrong and thats why he did it....when I got mine, I didnt say a dickybird to SA, but she only scanned half my packs so the correct discount applied...so maybe some stores were aware of the glitch and correcting it in their own unique Ts way!!!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

good price though but no DTD - was rather hoping it would be free:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::ANo longer a lurker :A0 -
Del Monte Duo ice creams marked up reduced at 99p but actually scanned at 49p.
Also, Tesco's own mincemeat sel of £1.00, but actually scanning at £1.28 - so there would be double the difference on this of 56p, making it 44p per jar, but queue was so long at customer services desk i could't be bothered !0 -

More on the andrex loo rolls - my local had sel stating 2 for £3.50 but went through at £2 each. Not a huge bargain as only £1 back but better than nothing.
Sorry if this is already posted0 -

First post for me so be nice :0)
Just wanted to share my Mr. T's bargain with you; bought this from my local Tesco a minute ago http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.208-2721.aspx and it came up at £12.95 instead of the reduced price of £6.50 so went to customer services and got DTD back so managed to get it for 5p - result! :0)
Hi there, could you possibly let me (and I guess everyone else;)) know which type, express, metro, regular, extra, of Tesco you purchased this? Cheers0 -
Just found 2 Moxie Girl dolls in 0ldh@m - the ones with the pets - £1.30 each, no SEL. Usual retail price is around £15. I know many people managed to pick these up during the big toy reduction but my store didn't have them then. It's worth having a look to see if yours has put any new ones out. HTH0

Hello - just purchased a reduced lamp at tesco which was priced up at £4 - scanned thro at £1.50. There are 2 colours on offer - teal blue and plum. They are small bedside lamps with china bottom and fabric shade - nothing flash but useful if they go with your colour scheme. The bar code is 5052004379540 and it says 'ceramic tapered lamp - blue' HTH0
