The Bright Starts range have been particularly good recently for dtd with items scanning at full price but having a big half price sticker on.
Ooo really? What other ones have you found? I have my first due in April so want to get bits while they are cheap0 -

i got some of these a couple of weeks ago, the SEL was 68p and they had the Nivea ones for £1.00 i bought enough to last me next year, got some friends that wished id got them some so may have a look at what prices they are at again, even £2 is a good price for suntan cream.I ought to join this club as Newmarket Rd is my local. Sorry to report that the fancy balloons scanned at full price there. I have a party coming up so I was rather looking forward to cheap random balloons.Hi Lauralou83,

Sorry, can't remember specifics but every time I have scanned something in that range with a big red half price sticker on, it has scanned at full price so been free with DTD.If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -

Posted this on separate thread further down grabbit, but thought may be useful for those who may only read this thread about Tesco:
Ben 10 10cm action figures - Liverpool Clayton Square - marked on SEL as reduced from £5.97 to £2.75 but went through till at BOGOF as well so I got 4 figures for £5.50!0 -

If he had gone down the DTD route which he didn't he would have been paid 88p to take away his free toilet paper.
just to help stop the disagreement...if you actually read the original post, the OP states that the SA put them through manually at the correct price...so he/she got the offer of 4 for £3.50. No DTD applies to this as OP was charged the correct amount as per the SEL.hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

I think you will find we were trying to show the OP how he could have been a little more savvy and got them for FREE.
DTD of course doesn't apply when you tell the SA oops that ain't the price on the shelf because they can now rectify the problem on their tills and as such no overcharge. But had he kept quiet like you, I and many others do he would have got them for FREE.
But hey if telling someone how to get something for FREE is a disagreement, then consider my knuckles rapped and won't happen again. :cool:I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
