  • Aww, he looks all snug in his little cave!
Bad news is that i took your advice and had a quick look on Gumtree for a cat tree and saw this

That kitten was £50 not free....

Paddypaws - dont do it plsssssss

My daughter has now got a pregnant cat due to give birth any minute, you will have a kitten for free (or 2?) ... Just off Lea Bridge Road.....

Will be also looking for a home for the mum....

Sigh.. some people.. wrote about the pregnant cat somewhere on here, my daughter took her in but we can not keep her or the kittens - took her in for her to have her babies indoors and in peace and safety....
  • George is still sleeping a lot, guess it must be good for him poor little mite...

The rest of the family guarding him all day/night.. Fred tries to get into George's cage but I do not think this is a good idea...

Opened the cage a bit for Zara to have a good sniff (she was probably checking if it REALLY is George), licked him all over very genty (my girl has a dog heart of absolute gold with all my cats) and George seemed very happy with "his mum's" kisses.. stretched a bit and went back to sleep LOL
  • Poor George. Bet you're glad you kept up with the insurance premiums now. :)

Oh, and regarding that little sweetie at your daughter's - I might be persuaded by one of the babies.........

Re insurance - I did cancel when was long term JSA but got the job and took it again, lost the job and my daughter took payments over till I find another one - thanks God for that....

Local enough that an Oyster card could be used to get me up over your side of the river. :D

Not a guarantee, obviously - but definitely trying to convince myself there's room/money for one more. If there happens to be a little black kitten, even more likely....

George had his stitches out today and looks much better off the Metacam (not sleeping all day) and without his lamphade collar...

Got to take him back in 4 weeks for another Xray to see how this knee has healed.

I have decided not to do the second op (secong knee) straight away as I want him to enjoy a bit of a run in the garden in between the ops - 6 weeks cage rest and then another op and another 6 weeks... no way...
