Hope things are more settled Bemuzzled and that your DS gets the help he needs and you get the holiday you fully deserve.
Uolypool - I echo the wise words on this thread today. Keep living your life and she will soon see where her bread is buttered (so to speak) and be back with her tail between her legs. At least her Dad's G/F sounds reasonable and calm.
I have spent the morning with Mooloo and enjoyed a chat and cuppa. We have been looking over her stash of fabrics and sorting oddments for our course in November. A very enjoyable morning:T:T:T
Since I have been home I have sorted washing and had my lunch - a home made fishcake from yesterday and yum it was too. Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Uolypool - Hope your ok lovey. I would hold back on the solicitor thing ATM and let her be to stew in her own juice it won't take long for her to come home with her tail between her legs
Jg - Sorry to hear your news xx
Shilly - I saw that in the Tele y'day it looked great. Glad you had a fab time
Beemuzed - Hope it gets sorted xx
JG - I want to see the cake too

Evening all
It's still raining hereso much for an indian summer!
Day was rather boring, assessed a few portfolios and made a few phonecalls, whilst surfing the web.
I'm going to make celery soup for lunches this week, and was going to make spinach and ricotta lasagne for dinner, but forgot to buy lasagne sheets! :rotfl:. So might make cheese and potato pie, and have a fishcake with it.
Have a good evening all

she phoned him and said she was at her dads as he had no rules.
I think what she means is that there are no rules at her dad's house YET. That will be because she hasn't lived there. I can't imagine two adults running round after her and letting her do as she pleases would carry on for more than a couple of days. My sister used to fall out with my dad and leave home to go to my mum's but she was never away long.
JackieG Big hugs, it's good to hear of a life well lived and I'm sure you will miss your uncle, who sounds like he really was a "great uncle".
I haven't been posting as apart from picking up plastic [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] treasures belonging to the house elf I have done very little during the last couple of days. I'm sure there will be plenty of housework opportunities when the weather is too bad for me to leave the house unless I have to :rotfl:
Take care all of you0 -
