Mum not coming to Hen Night!!!

I appreciate everyone's comments, whether they agree or not.
I wanted to let off some steam and I did and feel like I have been ganged up on from posting this thread, just for expressing my feelings, in which I feel was not a bad thing and yes things I said may have sounded 'selfish' or 'brattish' as some people have put, but that was not my intention to come across as that and I am not that sort of person. I have had chance to calm down and I have apologised to my mother for having a rant at her, in which she said it didn't matter because everyone has stressful days.
We have sorted it out and she is not coming at all, because the meal starts at around 8pm and will go on to about 9.30-10pm in which my mum has said she wants to be in bed by 8.30pm at the latest. She did admit she should of not told me she was coming and then not now able to come, in which she said she was wrong in doing that. We are back to normal and therefore I wanted to update everyone who has been part of this thread.
Forums can be full of emotions, especially with us women and men getting married! It doesn't help when it's that time of the month for us ladies....

Glad you updated OP. Sorry if you felt 'ganged up on', I'm sure no-one intended that, it was just that many of us held the same opinion.
Sorry you wont have your Mum there but you'll have a good night nonetheless.Herman - MP for all!0 -
I would want my mum at my hen night too. I don't think that's strange at all!!!
I can see why you are upset she is not going being as she has known for some time......
Hopefully you will all have a good time - with or without your mum present.
And best of luck for your wedding day - not long now!!!0 -
Thanks Ladies
I do feel a lot better now after getting everything out in the open and calming down a bit
