My Regards
the only value the application form has is to fit in to your computer programe
Slight problem there. My legal department would have not a clue what I was requesting as I don't work for a Housing Benefit department. Therefore I would appreciate it if you are so sure of your convictions, to provide either the specific legislation with references and/or a link to the information direct."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
I'm sorry to here you don't have access to legal advise.
There is no need for link's,because these are legal matter and only a lawyer will be able to assist them. My posts are informative by way of advise that their rent cannot be legally restricted.
Download my advise and take it to a lawyer for a second opinion. They will write a letter and you will get the full rent.
Every post i read tells me that people do not understand the law.Any posts by myself are my opinion ONLY. They should never be taken as correct or factual without confirmation from a legal professional. All information is given without prejudice or liability.0 -

I can well understand legalese as it is necessary in my job on a daily basis. You say your posts are informative but until you can actually show evidence of your claims I will not believe you and will advise others to take them with a pinch of salt also. Your sentences appear to make little sense. You state that "their rent cannot be legally restricted". Please can you explain this. Who is they and what do you mean by legally restricted?"I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
For people reading, download my advise and take it to a lawyer, they will understand the contains. They will make the necessary enquies and you will get your full rent.

Why are you refusing to link to relevant case law/legislation to back up your statements?
OP, I apologise for going off on a tangent but I feel that until the information given by deary65 is substantiated it should be ignored or at best looked into further.
Edit: You have not answered my question in post 24. Please can you explain the sentence I mentioned."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
The only sensible thing in Deary65's posts is in his sig.0

You seem to be taking this personally, there is nothing personal about the law. This is not between you and me, it is advise to the op and others reading, who might be having their rent restricted or not paid at all. contained in that advise, is to download it and take it to a lawyer. That I think is sound advise.
You seem concerned that they don't do that. I wonder why!

It is up to other readers to do with the information you have given out as they wish. My concern is that nowhere have you provided factual evidence of your claims. I would be very interested to read more on the legislation/case law on the issue and it would be helpful to me to be able to advise clients.
Also, a lot of people do not qualify for legal aid and may have to pay a lawyer to give their opinion on your claims. I for one could not afford to do that, therefore again request that you back your claims up with hard evidence.
I am not taking anything personally. I would simply appreciate a straight answer to a straight question. Nothing more sinister than that."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
This person is best ignored as they are talking rubbish again and are clearly on another planet to the rest of us.
Also it is ADVICE not ADVISE eg legal advice not legal advise - I hope this helps if English is problem for them.0 -
How interesting! To people reading, download my opinion take it to a lawyer they will get you your full benefit. If you have read the full posts, you should be able to ascertain that they are not interested in you welfare, these people are psychopaths, and I know them very well, leave them to me. You get your legal advise and your full benefit.Any posts by myself are my opinion ONLY. They should never be taken as correct or factual without confirmation from a legal professional.
