Money off coupon 'chat' thread

Hi all,

After lurking for a fair while and using your expertise to get some freebies, thought I would come out of the woodwork to hopefully help someone.

I was in a mr T's today (an express store) and they had mint Matchmakers at £1 a box on offer. Hopefully it's nationwide and that way if anyone has got a coupon but is having trouble with Mr A, you can still get a free box! (I know this isn't a coupon, so please move it to chat if I'm in the wrong place!)

cm509 - thanks, that means I'll give "naughty" Asda a miss and saves going out of my way as I'm planning on having a Tesco couponing day.

Went to Asda in Bilton (near Hull) this morning and they are still accepting vouchers. Asked at customer service who said "as long as you buy the item" and cashier happy to serve me too.

Just been to Sainsburys, bought 8 cartons of Welch's, 4 tubs of Bertolli, a £10 joint of gammon, plus couple of smaller items, bill came to £26 and I paid only a few pound, - free gammon now in freezer for christmas.

LadyCoupon - well done. I couldn't see it (Welch's) in a medium size Sainsbury's, might have to try a larger one over the weekend.

Anyone know if we can make wine out of the grape juice??

Hoping the Bottle Green coupon comes back this year and would love the Innocent coupons to return ................ that's just being greedy though. lol

My wife had several conversations with our local and Morrisons HO and ours will now accept the safe coupons but will not accept pdf coupons such as five beanz and weight watchers. They did originally say no to all printed coupons but she persuaded them about safe coupons lol
