Hi this is an update for cheerfulness4 and P2TKL. I eventually ended up emailing Finish twice and today, at last, I got the following response:-

Thank you for your email regarding printing Finish coupons.
I was concerned to hear your experience whilst trying to print the Finish coupons.
The coupons will be sent to you and be with you in 7 - 10 days.
Thank you for contacting us in this matter.
I hope you have had a response P2TKL....?

Well done Justmaz. That's like the email I received. Didn't get 'vouchers' but did get the £2 one as I stated before.
Good too because it isn't just off Finish, its off all their products they manufacture, so loads of stuff. ;)

  • Anybody know where to the collective dairy from as I looked online for my local stockists and went to the only place that did to be told we occasionally get the pomegranite in but because they didn't sell were probably not going to get any more stock in?

I have a voucher for a free 500ml sharing tub, its gourmet yogurt in about 4 flavours but I've never seen it anywhere. It was supposed to be in a local independant food shop but it wasn't to be.

Well it won't install, but I don't consider it a problem as there are no coupons I would use.

Such reprehensible conduct should be reported directly to the top.

Don't bother with Customer Services, contact the Chief Executive directly via his email address:

    justin.king@sainsburys.co.uk

Ensure you include as much information as possible, such as:

Store location, time of visit, staff names and a concise explanation of exactly what happened. If necessary, go back into the store and request names.

Mr King will of course forward the complaint to someone in seniority in Customer Service, but at least you can be sure of receiving a full investigation, as opposed to a £5 voucher.

    Good luck. :T

This would be good to add to the front coupon page xx

Thanks for earlier advice:T. I changed to internet explorer, and I can now print my coupons again.

I'm having a new kitchen fitted and stupidly told the housing that I would have new appliances etc so it's being built round these measurements but my other half has since lost his job! We theregore need to save every penny we can on purchasing things!

I picked mine up from Sainsburys. Did you use the stockists finder on their fb page ? That's why I did - just put my address in and bought up all the stores nearest to me that stocked it. They were all Sainsburys and Waitrose.

I hope you find somewhere that stocks them as they are lush :D I got Pomegranite & Cherry & The Passionfruit one.

    HTH :)
  • yes i did use the link to find out my local stockists. there was one which didnt stock anymore. i posted on there fb wall and they told me that they would look into it and in about 10 days they would be in s and w. i will have to wait and see. somebody else also posted that they didnt have any stockists in there area so i told them the same thing.
