Ok windows 7 and Firefox I have on my lappy and could never get it install correctly so I can only print from IE first weird thing that may work is to go to the mccains website and try to print one of their 50p mocs as this worked for me it is bizzarre as should be the same software on all sites but for some reason one of our pcs trusted only this download. Give that a try in IE and let me know back if we need to try another0

I've just tried it. Got to the point where is said download and install the software. As soon as I hit the download button my printer started to print the coupon. It printed the page down to the first line of the coupon and then the printer software popped up and said it can't recognise the cartridges.
Tried turning the printer off for 10 minutes but it still can't recognise the cartridges.
Tried installing the software but got the same problem, can't create a folder.0 -
Don't know what the cartridges message is about never had that maybe coz if your printer is using non genuine cartridges and doesn't like them. Can you print other things like word docs or PDFs?
Nex thing to try is drop your Internet security settings to low then download software then put back up to high/medium whatever was on previously0 -

I couldn't, but it's ok now, switching the printer and computer off cured it.Nex thing to try is drop your Internet security settings to low then download software then put back up to high/medium whatever was on previously

Hi all and good evening couponers.;)
Just thought I'd share with you a decent coupon, which I don't think is limited to any amount, assuming you have different email addresses.
As it's bloody freezing at the moment, I was checking up the Quakers Oats coupon
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3840565
It is £1 off a pack. Now comparing Tesco and Asda, I bought two 1kg quaker oats which costs me £1.75 x 2 = £3.50 minus the £2 coupons = £1.50
HOWEVER
If you buy them as a pair, and don't put them through with the rest of your shopping, you'll get another 50p back on JTD, as they are on offer in Asda at £3.00 for two.
So a £1.00 will get you 2 kilos of this delicious 'stodge'Just add Raisins and some syrup etc. Delicious!
Please Sir can I have some more!Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -

Such reprehensible conduct should be reported directly to the top.
Don't bother with Customer Services, contact the Chief Executive directly via his email address:
justin.king@sainsburys.co.uk
Ensure you include as much information as possible, such as:
Store location, time of visit, staff names and a concise explanation of exactly what happened. If necessary, go back into the store and request names.
Mr King will of course forward the complaint to someone in seniority in Customer Service, but at least you can be sure of receiving a full investigation, as opposed to a £5 voucher.
Good luck. :T0 -

Who knows what made them send the £2 voucher so quickly in my case but they were very good about it once CS had the details.
Hi this is an update for cheerfulness4 and P2TKL. I eventually ended up emailing Finish twice and today, at last, I got the following response:-
Thank you for your email regarding printing Finish coupons.
I was concerned to hear your experience whilst trying to print the Finish coupons.
The coupons will be sent to you and be with you in 7 - 10 days.
Thank you for contacting us in this matter.
I hope you have had a response P2TKL....?Before you assume, learn the facts,
Before you judge, understand why,
Before you hurt someone, feel,
Before you speak, think.0
