Congratulations Jen!
Am fed up, had a cry last night - feeling very down.
Flump is 'there' in the right place but just hasnt decided to come out. Am 40+1 today. Have a sweep tomorrow and being induced next week. Having 'uncomfortable' aches down there and have back ache and am so tired so hopefully she will be here soon! DD is getting inpatient!
Anyway I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and hopefully I will have news to update before but if not, happy new year xx
NOW GET THIS BABY OUT OF ME!!!!!0 -
He must be tucked in at the back, but from the movements of my stomach it doesn't feel like that  Well I suppose 2 weeks until my growth scan, and I'll get to see for sure
Although there is a lot of pressure in my bum, so maybe he is at the back!
Labour vibes to the boldies xxxThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Hi ladies, it sounds like you all had a lovely xmas.
Congrats Jenjade, your little girl is gorgeous.
Love the bump pics, Gilly I reckon you must have removed all your internal organs and have nothing but baby in there! You're not much bigger than me and everyone keeps saying how 'neat' my bump is which I guess means pretty small! ANd I'm not 23 weeks till Friday!
I have my repeat 20 weeks scan tomorrow so hoping the little monkey will behave but I'm not convinced! I'm pretty sure he/she will still be all scrunched up!0 -
Aww Kira, it really does sound like your in so much pain. Hope shes comes soon so you can start feeling 'normal' again.
Mimi - Hope the sweep gets things going for you:)0 -
Afternoon Girlies,
Well, we braved the shopping centre this morning, it was OK until about lunchtime when it got really busy.
Boots were fine to return the Gok Wan vanity case, they gave me a £22 gift voucher. Thanks for the advice Annabell and Gilly! We'll use the voucher towards some baby bits. The skinned ewok also got returned and swapped for two lovely scarves and a £5.50 credit voucher
Jenjade - your daughter is beautiful!!! Well done you!! :jWhether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0 -
I think a "neat" bump means all baby and you've not put much weight on anywhere else. Well that's what I imagine anyway
Glad you got it sorted Icey
Turkey sandwiches and soup for tea here today, if only I could get off my bum and sort it out.
Also how mild is it? We've not had the heating on at all, it's so weird. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Glad you were able to sort the Gok Wan thing Icey! I can't stand the stuff, I think it smells vile! :rotfl: and well done on exchanging your skinned ewok!
I was wondering if that's also what people mean by 'neat bump' Gilly... People have been saying that to me as well, that I haven't put any weight on other than bump weight... I can't quite believe how I've managed it to be honest... I've been eating whatever I want! Someone asked me if I'd been watching what I ate and, before I could reply, OH who was stood next to me laughed out loud and said 'No!' Thanks honey!:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0 -

Last time I checked I'd put on 9 lbs at 29 weeks, I might check again tomorrow morning so I can let the MW know for Friday 31 week appointment .... ooohhh that'll mean I am in the home stretch, single figures in weeks to go (theoretically anyway!)
I'm planning on chicken sanwiches later but have to go and get some butter first. For the first time ever I have run out, there isn't even one in the freezer
Loving the bump photos!! Annabella, it's sooo neat! Gilly, where are you hiding the rest of your baby??!!!??? I've only had 1 pregnant friend before and she was HUGE - she put about 4 stone so I just assumed all women got that big. So far I think I'm doing OK, really don't want to put on that much as I saw how hard it was for her to lose it afterwardsWhether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0 -

I've been eating like a pig, the amount of Dominos and Chinese I've eaten is probably almost into triple figures  chocolate, crisps, cakes, full fat fizzy juice (which I never drink normally) sugary sweets. You name it, I've been eating it.
To those asking, no idea where he's hiding, but if he comes out and is 10lbs, it'l all be length, it has to be. Have been told he's very long though so maybe that's what it is
Oooh to everyone who offered sympathy etc. I sort of wished I'd taken a picture now, will take a picture next week when we visit, everything has came for our pram now and it's all sorted and looking lovelymade me so happy on Xmas day to see it.
