I recall that i have read that EPO "up there" can help soften the tissue so it stretches more easily and is less likely to tear.

I've heard that it softens the cervix but doesn't actually start labour?

It's weird isn't it! I haven't seen my belly button for 34 years - now it's just 'there'! Not an outy quite but weird seeing it flush!

Evening ladies :) Just in, went for dinner and then a massive walk, and then to stop off for some cake :D and a massive walk back. Totally shattered now, I'll sleep good tonight!

Putting tablets up there, I think I'd rather not!

Someone mentioning arnica earlier has reminded me - does anyone know if you can use it in tablet form to help swelling? That's what it's used for right? Am wondering if it's worth taking it before my c-section

I used it before and after my c-section, it helps with the bruising. I used the Nelson pellets.
  • I compare belly buttons with my son, he's got a half innie half outie and I'm winning on the outiness at the moment!
