I'm having a dessert of apple pie, then a follow up of a twirl. Figure if I can't have liquids at night be aswell indulging in something else ;)

I think we will go for Lily Anya for a girl or Sebastian Adam or Sebastian Anthony for a boy. I really like Jackson as well. DH is pretty happy to let me choose as long as he doesn't hate the name.

i edited your post to put the correct answer in :)

Hmm.. well. i did seriously consider that option:D. Not sure just how much heartburn i am up for this evening tho'. Dont want to spoil a good day with a night of hell... which i think would be the natural outcome of the "both" answer. Somehow adding a quarter bottle of gaviscon to the idea of dairy milk chunks and toffifee, makes it all sound rather less celebratory!

DH is in the doghouse. I have spent 3 weeks tracking down a 50cm long spaghetti jar for his mums xmas pressie (she wants one). It arrived today, i asked DH to check that he liked it enough to give it to her. And he broke the glass lid getting it out of the box. So 3 weeks and £25 down the drain. Not impressed and there are no others out there that i can find. Arrgh!

For those of you loving medical dramas, pass the chocolate.. Stat!

Aww Kira thats a *ugger! I`d lauch the jar at DH if that was me, and leave it to him to find the replacement! Was it packed awkwardly or something? Could u not contact the company and tell them it was broken as u unpacked it? x

I love apple pie i'm afraid. Love cherry pie even more tho probably.

Unfortunately it was from ebay, so not a company and the only one. DH tells me, that if it had said, fragile, unpack with care on the outside, he wouldnt have broken it. This is despite me handing it to him, saying its glass and very fragile..

How can you dislike apple pie? It's so sweet and tasty goodness. Especially with ice cream, yum yum! Apple Crumble is even better actually.

Oh... sorry to ask this ladies.. (TMI ALERT)
So far i have escaped UTI's ever inc this pregnancy, but am thinking maybe my luck has run out. Today it has felt like i'm desperate for the loo, but only been a trickle when i go (usually fairly plentiful). Not nec indicative of a problem, it might be beans position. But, when i have gone to wipe, and stretched round to reach, i've felt a really sharp pulling pain right down low inside. Could this be an infection, or is it more likely beanie pressure? Anyone else had this pain?
I've bought a carton of cranberry which i am mainlining as we speak so i'll see what happens when i next pee..

Cranberry helps prevent UTI's it won't get rid Kira (I speak from experience, before I got pregnant I had recurrent UTI's probably 4/5 a year)

I'd say if you're going a lot and not much is coming out, there is any pain there while attempting to pee, any sort of low down/kidney pain, either side, it could be a UTI. I would recommend OTC medicines but IIRC you can't use these in pregnancy. Best thing to do would be to get yourself some anti biotics and in the meantime, drink as much water as you can, and last as long as you can before going to toilet, going and failing helps the bacteria to grow. I'd also say no DTD, it may make it worse.

P.s if you've caught it in time, water may flush it "out" so to speak. So drink loads and loads.

On another note, I have a recurring stabbing pain down below, it's not pleasant :(
