well I must say ladies I really am living the dream tonight, a tin of potato and leek soup and a part baked baguette. :(
I'm not much better, I have the choice between fish fingers chips and beans, lamb biryani (think that'll bring on labour?), fish pie or crispy pancakes...

Need to go out and get gas, but a)it's horrible outside and b) It's righe beside the chippy.

I'd go with the fish fingers chips and beans, but whack those fingers on a sandwich of some sort, cannot beat a piece on fish fingers.

May be my lunch tomorrow. I think my soup has gave me indigestion, how is that even possible, it's liquid!

  • A few weeks ago, I couldn't drink tea as it gave me acid reflux!

I have some nice fresh plain bread here...I dunno I don't fancy anything, and I'm not really that hungry but I know I'll have to eat before OH comes in.

Omg I get that with tea, well just sick coming up all the time, hasn't put me off though :o don't think anything would, 3 times a day at least I need a cuppa and a wee biscuit of some sort. Junior is kicking away as I'm typing that so he obviously agrees.

Re: TMI- i've been wearing proper towels for about a month now as well- liners for about a month before that. Last few days it feels like i need the loo almost constantly- feels like bean has shifted into a new low position wedged against my bladder.

I was off it at the start, but I really am my father's daughter as I can't do without! He has a pot of tea (no measly cups for him) at least three or four times a day :eek: And actually moans if anyone else has a cup out of his pot as it means he only gets two cups out of it instead of three...

Mimi - Hope your DD gets better soon! Wait til you've only got a couple of weeks to go! I've 13 days and begged mum to take me out somewhere on Fri (if I'm still here) as I'm getting fed up of waiting.

The issue with a teapot is that the second cup is never as good as the first! It's like someone elses chips always taste better than your own.

Tempted to stick the kettle on now. OH is working until half 11, I honestly don't think I can stay awake, first night in the whole pregnancy I'll have been asleep before he got in when he's on lates :(

  • Lol, he doesn't have that issue, just keeps filling the cup til no more will come out.

Waiting on me dinner to finish cooking, then OH should be in and we can have a talk about halfing for a new laptop as this one doesn't like switching on at times (can be broken for weeks, then it decides to work for a while, then the cycle starts again)
