Morning all, just checking in for a quick one. Got to see the consultant and get a wee scan this morning, so looking forward to seeing bubs again.

Hope your Braxton Hicks haven't been too bad Lirin, I thought I had them a few sundays ago, but it was actually just cramp, for a whole day, got me worried but it eased off towards night time and disappeared, so no idea what it was!

Morning ladies.
Not got much to say really!

noticed chat about dry lips, I always use Chapstick, the medicated one (lue packaging) is brilliant.

Really feel for those of you with OH's that are being a pain. mine is pretty good. He's banned me from doing quite a few things and is always happy to do them for me when i need him to. he does however make a big deal of how tired he is after he's done a few jobs though, like he needs a medal or something!! He does drive me mad with his fussing though, he's such a worrier and he witters at me about stuff all the time. He's been very good about telling me to stop doing stuff and go have a rest when he can see I'm tired though and I really appreciate that as I tend to feel guilty when I sit around doing nothing!!

Hi everyone, wow you've been busy, there's lots for me to read back on! I've been totally shattered the past few days as the clock change has meant I've been waking at 5.30 instead of 6.30... but today I slept until nearly 6.30 again so I'm feeling a bit more awake! Not getting much sympathy for it either - just lots of people telling me it'll be even worse when the baby arrives I think they must be wrong, we're going to have a perfectly behaved baby that sleeps through the night...

Hi Ladies!

Hope everybody is well and bumps are behaving themselves!

Its day 3 off work for me now and I'm bored.com!! I worry about work when I'm not there and feel sorry for my boss who will have to pick up my job as well as his own!

I did something stupid this morning and managed to fall down half of my stairs. I didn't land on my stomach, but I've really bruised my leg and managed to cut my head! I called the MW who said as long as I feel baby move I should be OK.

Got my scan tomorrow to check my fluid levels and I'm seeing the Consultant straight after - feeling a bit nervous about it, I really hope its good news.

Trying to keep myself busy to make time go quicker and to keep me from worrying, I have a Body Shop Party tonight, then my appointment tomorrow, then Friday its my Birthday! I'm like a big kid on my Birthday, my hubby always really treats me and this year he said he has gotten me something extra special after the hard time I've been having!

Have a good day all, I'm attempting to make bread - no doubt it will end in a messy kitchen!

Morning all

Have you had your scan Gilly? How was it?

Ouch Jannine! Hope you're ok after your fall! I'm so paranoid about falling down the stairs, I had a dream a couple of weeks ago that I fell down them and died, which wasn't very nice! Hope you are feeling ok and baby is moving? Feet up for the rest of the day for you!

Not much going on here. Work is boring, hence the lurking... Ah well, only 40 more working days to go! Roll on 30th December...

So happy today, I can't stop crying, had my consultant appointment and everything in his little head in completely fine now, the fluid has reduced and baby is completely healthy and we don't have to go back. :j :j :j

On another note, shed loads of direct debits have came out and we've spent more money than we thought, so OH is in a bad mood now, not sure how to cheer him up.

Also booked my antenatal classes, 5 lots of 2 housr 15 mins :eek:
