Ok just a quick update to let you all know I may have to queue jump a few people... not due till 24th Oct but at my consultant appointment this morning they decided that they will induce me tomorrow at 38+5! :eek: This is because my blood sugar levels are getting higher because of my gestational diabetes - so I will probably have my baby boy by some point on Sunday! Excited but a bit scared, I'm sure it'll all be ok though

I've been away for a while sleeping, trying to do some pre-baby housework etc. Haven't got very far and can;t believe how fast this thread has moved along!! Had to miss out huge chunks because I just can't keep up!

I noticed people were talking about kindles yesterday. DH bought me a Dell Streak 7 from Tesco for £149 (see grabbit board). Whilst it's a bit more than the Kindle costs, it comes with Kindle reader installed and I have also installed Aldiko so I can rfead any file format, including PDF ebooks with it and have both a mini pc and an e-book reader at the same time. Well worth the extra investment. I must say I love it!

Well, I absolutely can't believe I am next ont he list under the boldies. I am petrified but would like it over with ASAP. I don;t want to be interfered with at all but knowing my luck I'll get to well overdue and have no choice :-( Anyone else worried about sweeps and inductions or is it just wimpy old me?

I just wanted to say hi, as I've been reading through the thread for the last few weeks, getting comfort or enjoyment from your posts, so thank you to everyone!

V day tomorrow for me, so I'm excited as I've not been this far along before, and now I just have to learn to relax a bit more.

My due date is February 4th, and I'm still team yellow, but hoping to be able to find out at next weeks scan.
