Jenjade, the pic looks fantastic, very very nice

Durham, congrats, and best wishes to you all

I've just defrosted our freezer, tidied the house a bit, nothing major- but wow, it takes so much longer now! The pre-pregnant me is in my mind going 'come on, haven't you finished yet?'...... :)

    hey all,

off to read back but thought i would check in first. The 3d scan showed the baby as fit and healthy all looked good. it confirmed she is a girl. She currently weighs 4lb 1 oz and looks chubby with a big belly! the scanning women said she is measuring etc 31 weeks and 4 days so a week ahead ;-) she also said there is 9cm of fluid all around her and the norm is between 3cm and 9cm hence why i am huge. also relaxed my concerns about possible waters breaking.

The scan was amazing i got a cd with all the pic on and 20 minutes of scanning plus 20 printed pics for £65

been to the doctors today and he has signed me off for another week then the week after i have annual leave so due back to work on the 31st october when i will have 7 working days left ;-)

Ooops. I just woke up! 10.10am! Have been feeling totally knackered all week, but what with looking after mum, then drving back down south, the fasting and GTT and morning meetings at work, havent had a chance to sleep in and catch up till now. Went to bed at 9.30 last night, and zonked totally. Wasnt an undisturbed night as beanie's movements seem to have stepped up to a new level for the last 3 -4 days. Lots of wriggles and kicks all night, and all morning. Lucky mummy!

Does anyone know if they usually let you know results of GTT test regardless, or do they just contact you if it is was a high result? Had mine test Weds, and they said the results would be in today, so just wondering what/whether i would hear.

    Congrats Durham!

    Hey everyone:)Hope your all well.

Will have a look back at everyones news.

Had my 28week appointment with the midwife on Monday and i was measuring small for my dates. I measured 26cm and i only grow 1cm in 3weeks so was referred for a growth scan. The midwife wasn't too worried because she thinks i'm just small but she had to refer me. Had my scan on Wednesday and baby is measuring ok and i'm just small!! But if i always measure small will i keep getting referred for a growth scan?
Was nice to see baby girl again and see a heartbeating!

Hi :) I have a small bump, and so have had one extra growth scan so far and are going back for another in a couple of weeks time. No problems showing up on the scans-just not a massive baby.

I was the same last time-my son was 6lb 8oz when born so small but nothing to worry about :)

I may have a small bump but i have put on 2 stone in weight so far (i am 30 weeks +2 now)-so i know baby is growing well and is cuddled upto me nicely!

I admit i am getting scared now-less then 10 weeks to go till the big day and i've got all sorts of scary thoughts going through my head. I think i'm going to get my bags organised soon-so it's one less thing for me to worry about!

kira if you ring reception at your surgery they can look it up on the system and let you know the results if you're worried.
