lol, ooooh shandy could just fancy some, mind you I had a very small glass of lambrini low alcohol stuff the other day and it made me feel so so sick, think I might abstein for the next 5 weeks!

Well I'm in my jarmies having had some gaviscon and im back under the slanket, no chips or twirl for me, I draw the line at running over the road in my jarmies! I keep yawning which can only be a good thing, hopefully I will actually sleep tonight!

I'm now at the point where I've been sat down so long that I can't be bothered to go upstairs and put my jammies on! Pip is kicking me so s/he's clearly telling me to shift myself and put my dressing gown on!

Then I will come back and carry on entering competitions!

Redheah, I've Christmas shopping done, wrapped and tagged, all organised in bags and different paper for friends, my family and his.... :)

That is slightly scary, even I am not that organised and I am the most organised person I know! I did order some Christmas presents for the baby today, hopefully he/she will arrive before Christmas. I am slightly horrified that my hospital will let me go the full 14 days over before inducing me. 14 days over will be Christmas Day, OH is on red alert for marital relations morning, noon and night from 38 weeks :rotfl:

I'm 29 weeks now, and have a 34 week community midwife appt booked at the surgery in late november, and a consultant clinic and growth scan at around 32 weeks, but nothing else booked. Just wondering about other appointments, as in my records book, it gives a list of appointments by week that there should be, but not whether they are hospital midwife/gp midwife etc. No idea if or who i should be calling to book things myself or not as they dont generally send out appointments automatically here.

I have a list too, but my midwife ust seems to make it up when it suits her, she usually makes my next appintment everytime I see her though rather than making lots in advance, IYKWIM?

Quick question for you ladies re sweeps. My MW has offered me one at 41 weeks. Lots of sites i've read say if its your 1st pregnancy it should be at 40 weeks. What do you ladies think?

I was told that I won't get a sweep before 41 weeks, and this is my first baby.

We've had takeaway pizza for tea and I'm now lounging on the sofa, no TV though as there is nowt I want to watch.

I went to Boots today and had vouchers for £2 off huggies nappies, plus another huggies voucher for £1, and 6 vouchers for huggies wipes, so I got 3 starter packs and 6 packs of wipes and used all my vouchers. The checkout assistant was amazed when my bill was 50p. I love a bargain :D
