Congrats Winnie and SoHurt! That's fantastic news for you both.

I'm sitting in our lovely impossibly warm house this morning while DH sorts a few things out. Should get up and tidy a bit- don't want to lie around all day, but walking/bending is quite tender....

What I really should do is wash the dishes- DH made bruschetta and coffee for me, but isunbearably awfulat the clearing up part. :) Can't complain though as he is fixing lights on my car- I can't bend down to get at them....

Jenjade, do what I'm doing. Buy a tin of Roses for Christmas, then decide they're much better now.

    Congrats Winnie and Sohurt

I love it when we have a little spurt of babies :o

OH is away to work, and left me a lovely note saying to put my feet up and he'l do all the tidying and cleaning when he gets back, wish I could believe him  I managed to spill a whole glass of squash over the bedside cabinet and floor this morning, think I was having some sort of night terror or something. OH said I was breathing really heavy and screaming, can't remember a thing, what a plonker.

Many Congrats Winnie and SoHurt! Winnie, Loving that you went with Finn in the end, very cool.

I think Beanette has shifted, as at 28 weeks i'm suddenly an awful lot less comfortable than i was. Wierdness abounds and not sleeping well so feeling carppy and tried.
I'm now unable to lie on my left side, as bizarrely, when i do, my nose instantly gets totally stuffed up so i cant breathe. Fine on my right side tho, and on my back. So i cant sleep on my right enough to de-puff my feet and hands at night. I'm also finding it a bit hard to breathe generally as well, like a pressure on my chest, and a palpitation feeling, especially bad if i lie on my back or sit low- even propped up with 4 pillows. Am NOT enjoying it, and still at least 12 weeks to go. And the back ache right at the bottom of my spine is starting to get bad.

    Sorry about the moaning ladies...

I keep looking at that list and can't believe how quick it has come around! Only 19 days and counting although I could do with it being sooner - SPD really really bad today
Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!

  • Battled my way round the local NCT sale this morning with my preggers best mate. I've already bought pretty much all the clothes I will need for the first year so only got a couple of coats and a dress. Did find quite a few little toys, rattles etc that I'm going to wrap up for Xmas for her; she'll only be about 2 weeks old so a bit pointless really but thought it'd be nice for there to be a few bits for her to open and to get a stocking from Santa too.

Think I'll be attempting swimming with DS later, although I've said I won't be able to play the tig type games he likes to normally play and I'll just be there with him. Really not got the energy for anything too strenuous. OH has gone to pick up his new motorbike and watch a footie match so it'll just be me and DS for tea (we always go out on a Sat night), hmm what do I fancy?
