Oh nooo! Joseph is a family name. The other family names are horrific, I wouldn't want to inflict them upon a child
If it comes to it he'l have to be Aaron + 2nd name.
Maybe after all the pain of labour etc my OH will let me have Aidan, won't hold my breath though
Omg :rotfl: that website suggested Simeon? Gage and Steven.
Gage? Is that even a name? The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

Morning everyone,
Just had the worst morning EVER, literally. Went out into the backlane, we live in a terraced street, to get in our recycling bin. I know how dodgy the door can be so I usually hang onto it when going out and grabbing the bin. They'd parked my bin too far away for me to hold open the door and grab the bin, so I made a flash dash, no more than half a second. In that half second the door slammed shut behind me and knocked the yale lock out of it's hold. Shut tight.
I was very calm considering but couldn't go into the main street to get help as I was dressed gladiator sandals, leopard print pj bottoms, an inappropriate shirt for a pregnant woman and my twelve year old holey, minging dressing gown. I tried climbing on the bin and climbing over the wall but arms not strong enough to hoist me up (I'm due in two weeks and have a mahoosive bump), tried kicking the door in, tried running into it from the other side of the backlane - nothing. The worlds most unsturdy door and lock would not yield to my forces.
After one and a half hours, a reasonable enough looking bloke walked down the backlane. I all but begged him to climb into my yard and let me back in, and bless him, he did. I felt so stupid and although I was calm as a cucumber when locked out, no mobile, no people and no neighbours in, as soon as I got in I broke down into tears. Horrible thing to happen at this stage - DH is getting forced into dealing with the bins from now on as I just couldn't handle that again.
To top it off, it;s blowing a gale and very chilly for an hour and a half out in PJ's.:(

basscadette- I'm so terribly, terribly sorry for this, but the image of gladiator sandals and leopard print pj's had me in fits.....
I am glad you got sorted though, 90 mins isn't fun in any weather when you're pregnant.0 -

Yeah it looks pretty hilarious to be honest - that's why I would have rather sat in the backlane til hubby got home at six than go out into the main street :rotfl:It's taught me to dress respectable whenever I leave my own land - regardless if I've just got out of bed or only popping in the back lane for a second. What I would have given to be dressed.
Thanks for the sympathy guys - I need it, it was horrible.0 -
we are still struggling to pick names too. I think we have narrowed it down to either Charlie or Chloe. Ella is another possibility but we just cant choose. i still love Maisy but he is not keen:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

I actually really want to tell my names, but we'd said we wouldn't tell anyone until the birth......
Chloe is nice, I like it! Ella too- there's less Ella's around than Chloe over here.0
