Thanks Gilly. The only trouble is finding somewhere that stocks the system,so I can try it out in the flesh beforehand.

If you go on to the Britax website and click on the link "where to buy" and then select where you live, I did select SW London but I'm not sure how far out or in you live. Halfords seem to stock it as do Mothercare but probably best for you to look :o

Best of luck for those who need it!

Ok, I am with the question again - anyone got ringing in the ears? I noticed it more yesterday, although I had some before. But now it is really loud, even at night, actually it is even worse at night as there is no other sound! Just now was sitting on the chair and suddenly ot dizzy with the bright lights in the eyes. What is going on with me?!!!
If it is occuring with dizziness and bright lights then definately a massive dip in your blood pressure. If it happens lots let the midwife know. Esp if you do faint and pass out. Be very careful. xx

    *Out of lurkdom*

I had this, 2 of them. Loved it for the few months I had it but the handle snapped off when I tipped it to go up a kerb, while my 5 month old was in it. Very lucky he was ok.

Got a warranty replacement and it arrived with the handle already snapped! That was enough for me.

It was the 2010 model, dont know if they improved it in the new model but I personally wouldn't risk it again.

As an aside, the harnesses are also really short. They were almost at their maximum with my skinny little boy in his winter clothes. I can't see them lasting an older baby.

Ooh result.... :) Printed off the Emmas Diary pack vouchers....got £1 off Huggies voucher. Just used that on the £3 huggies starter box In Asda, which has £5 of vouchers on the sleeve. Now off to Sainsburys to use he £2 voucher on the huggies nappies in there so will be getting 35 size 2 nappies for 99p. Spending £2.99 for 35 size 2, 27 size 1, a full size pack of wipes and a cotton hat, not bad! Oh, and still got the £1 off wipes and £2 off swimmers coupons too!!
Happy anniversary Annabella :) Me and Dh been together for 11 yrs in sept, and married for 4 yrs in August, got married on 08/08/08 :)
Lucy, as i said on fb, i love my britax, but obviously it isnt the same model. i had a M&P Pulse with DD2 which i loved, so went a "tier up" so to speak with DD3, and got a Ziko Frankie, and i HATED it. So Just because a brand is good, doesnt mean that model is :/ xx

Good bargain hunting Emmy! We only have Tesco close, we do have an Asda but not sure I want to travel there just for nappies/wipes. It's always heaving and you can barely move. :(

I have 2 massive reusable shopping bags filled with ironing to do, just set up the ironing board, and OH phones from work to say "left my wallet at home, any chance of you bringing it round" regular readers of this thread will know this is a common occurrence, I could strangle him!!
