What an annoyance  Maybe with the online thing it's counting everything, so if they stock car seats it'l show up
Tuesday is when the event starts properly so they may have more then. I sent my dad in to his local Asda to try and pick up the travel cot and they didn't have it, he asked and they said some of the stuff has started, but the majority of it won't begin until the 17th.
Disney shops new range is all lady and the tramp, it is all absolutely gorgeous
I have 2 outfits for my boy :rotfl: Oh dear.
Edit: just managed to order the travel cot for instore collection :jThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

lucy, try local independant pram stores, they generally have more of a selection out on display as they dont have catalogues/websites

I got the massive scented Dumbo too, I got the one with the blue flag, I'm assuming you got the pink flag?
I got a 6-9 months Dumbo fleecy trousers and fleece. How cute is the Dumbo, I nearly cried with how cute he was. Hormones are definitely haywire.
No can't use euros hereit's sterling! My OH's parent's live closer to the border than us, but I think by time you factor in travel costs and how much the items are I don't think I'd save very much, but thanks for the offer.
Well I'm off to walk a mile to OH's work, to give him his blooming wallet. I am not a happy bunny, will treat myself to starbucks when I'm out thoughThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
DH is back in good books today, as he hoovered out the car and fitted the car seat, base and put the pushchair in the boot, after we spent an hour checking and reminding our selves how it all goes together. We have the M&P Sola, with the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix and easy fix base, I had a bit of a doh moment with the Cabriofix hood, as I first of all didn't see it stuffed down the back of the plastic frame, then couldn't figure out how to get the hood to fix on to the handle, it was folded in half! My best friend was rational enough to notice the fold over, which felt weird to me as I'm normally the practical one who figures out how everything works. It all looks good and I'm very pleased with it, as I have a very small boot so my choice was limited (mini cooper).
Ro, I bet you are excited by your show! I thought I might have had some the other day as I was extra extra gloopy, but it was clear, so went into a googling frenzy!
DH and I have an exciting night of paper sorting and financial organising to do, it's definatly time for me to use this site for more than just the baby forum!
Hope everyone is doing well, Hugs and vibes to those who want them!:ANeeding to save all the money, lots of MSE learning still to do
DS Born Jan 2012, Baba number 2 due in June 20140 -
Evelyn May was born on 13th January
Here's my birth story:
I started with contractions on Thursday afternoon and went into hospital at 2am, only to be told I was only 2cm dilated so they sent me home. I was using a tens machine for pain relief. At 5.30am my waters broke then contractions became even stronger so we went back to hospital, arrived at 7am to be told I was 8cm dilated. I started on the gas and air. About 10am I was fully dilated and stopped using the tens machine and gas and air, and gave birth to her naturally at 10.55am
I had a very positive labour experience, and I put it down to the natal hypnotherapy CDs. Even the midwifes commented how calm and relaxed I was
