MSE Pregnancy Club 23

Evening all!
Still calm here (camilla was mildly freaking out at 1am but remained calm not sure when it hits the fan I will do :0 ), bubs just squirming on and off. Can't get comfortable sitting, can't kneel on sofa for more than a minute as knees hurt. Just having the odd uncomfortable moment here and there so there is plenty of time for others to queue jump
Weird thing last night was got up a couple of times and walked like normal and almost got up out of bed like normal even though had been having pains. Very strange but soon back to stiff granny mode.

Bit nervous about hubby going back to work tomorrow but as these things can take time so will have to see how things go. DOnt fancy Dylan being any use as a mw :rotfl:

Seems like a lot of shopping going on for cute baby things and practical stuff which is nice. Hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend.

Crabapple

Just doing a very quick one as had no sleep for what feels like forever! Not caught up but congrats Eebee.

Baby Naomi arrived 2.46am on 14th Jan weighing 6lb12 despite being 12 days overdue - thanks to DH and his dinky person genes!

Got pretty much my perfect birth plan with pool and the whole thing done with water, tens & gas & air. Unfortunately ended up with a 3rd degree tear from her head popping out and had to have a spinal to get that stitched up. Got home this afternoon, baby is doing good and feeding well once I find her the right position.

DH now supervising little'un so I can get a bit of kip!

Congratulations eebee! Sounds like a wonderful birth!

We finally got around to fitting the car seat base in the car this afternoon. I realised that today *may* be the last chance we get to do it during daylight hours so we sorted it when we got back from our lunch out.

I've been lying in bed for the last half an hour or so monitoring baby squirmage, for my own peace of mind as today's been a quiet day in that department... OH reckons I'm worrying too much and he's probably right but like I said, I wanted to do it for my own peace of mind! I've got a really gurgly tummy going on as well which is SO loud, it's very distracting, and annoying!
