I've not watched OBEM yet, I watched Kym Marsh - Teen Mums & Me instead
Aw God I feel huge too, struggle to turn over in bed etc, so God knows how other people feel that are bigger. I'm struggling to breath sometimes now, bending down to get the washing out of the washing machine I almost collapsed :rotfl:The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
I'm really struggling too. Anything I eat makes me so full, and seems to take forever to digest. I can't sit up straight on the couch, feels like everything is being squashed and really uncomfy. Putting shoes or socks on is a joke! I'll take a picture tomorrow!DFD February 2012

I know I just hope he comes on time, the thought of going over is soul destroying, but they said they will sweep me at 40+2. My OH's sister who I'm quite close to is going away on a uni placement in Feb too and she's gone for 12 weeks, so if he doesn't move his bum, she won't get to meet him, which sucks.
I can't believe we started this journey together and how it's nearly ended, doesn't seem that long ago at allThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
It doesn't hey! I think its flown by. I look at my bump now and think where the hell did that come from! And know I've got 3wks 3 days till my due date. Hope I don't go over either Can't imagine getting any bigger. Hope your sil gets to meet baby!DFD February 2012

I know, today at my appointment the doctor said to me "oh an active little baby" he was kicking lumps out of him, I couldn't help but laugh
and I just can't get my head around how some tiny sperm and a little egg has made a human! I know it sounds stupid but it really does blow my mind
On that note I'm off to bed, got the Hangover 2 to watch
Labour vibes to boldies and hope Kira isn't too uncomfortable in hospital. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

Gilly, hope OH feels better this morningsnoopytweety wrote: »Hi all,
Not been on for a couple of days - been a bit hectic! It was my Birthday on Monday, 31 eeeuuggghhhhh. Somehow felt weird this year, I was ok with 30, but 31 means I am "in my 30's" - I know stop moaning lol. Was a bit of a rubbish day - skint hubby = a card!!!! One year it would be nice if plans were made prior to xmas so my January birthday isn't rubbish - would be nice just to have him take me out for dinner for example!
I am 25 weeks now, it really is going very very quick at the mo. Hhave my 25 week midwife check on Friday, will be the first time they will do any measurements on me. I don't know what Lisa thinks but I don't think the midwives in my authority have been very thorough so far - but then I suppose I should in a way be thankful as that probably means they have been happy with everything.
Ooh happy belated birthday!
So far I have only seen my midwife once for my 16 week check (a different one did my booking appointment and she did nothing other than filling in forms!). My midwife doesn't even listen to the heartbeat so I've never heard it. Haven't been measured or anything yet either, have my 25 week check a week today so will see what she actually does!Been in tears all afternoon. Son sent me a text from college saying he wants to make a dr appointment tomorrow as he has had a painful testicle for a couple of days. Of course I'm glad he told me but my bloody hormones are making me think the worst. He's not back yet so I don't know if he wants me to go to dr with him or he wants his dad to go. I have a midwife check up tomorrow anyway,so will see what he wants to do:(
Aww Lucy, try not to worry! You should be incredibly proud that he's told you and done something about it! We all know how difficult boys/men find it to talk about such things!
I'm having a bad day! I've been awake since 2.20am . Then I've finally given in and started wearing my maternity coat, but totally forgot to get my swipe card for the office block and my office door keys out of the pocket of my old one so I had wait in the cold to be let into the building then hunt out the cleaners to let me into my office!!0
