Lmao, I`ve never bothered with the perineal massage! Had an episiotomy with DD1 coz of forceps, and tore the other side too DD2 I tore right back towards my bum eek ! and DD3 had no tears or anything my Aunt says its coz after baby number 2, its like the black hole of calcutta and anything can fit in/out of it anyway hahaha!!!!!!! TMI...(another reason why i`m not doing the EPO!!!!) xx

I've not started doing it yet, I don't even know how I'll manage it to be honest. OH offered, but I feel that's a step too far, he already shaves my legs for me I bought the oil from Mothercare though so I feel I should at least make an effort :rotfl:

off for a bath and i best shave my legs, last thing i want tomorow when i have to remove the bottom half for my internal is the amazon rainforest growing out of my legs.

i will fall asleep when i get out of the bath so i will see you all tomorow.x

Haha sorry, I must admit i was really pants with the pelvic floor, which i`m sure makes a huge difference! And yup, solar systems is a good description, esp after last DD being so big!

Pfft I'll need it, I just keep putting it off and saying "oh I'll do it tomorrow night" I'll be saying that in 4 weeks time and then baby will pop out before I've even had a chance.

I've just trimmed my nails in preparation for my "massage" I also keep putting all these things off! Need to get started!

My bits r so swollen down there, i doubt i could even find my perineum anyways!!! I keep thinking only 8 weeks til due date, then i think, bloody hell, still another 8 weeks to go yet probably 10 knowing my luck!
All the earlier talk of roast dinners, i`ve just taken the pork out of the freezer for 2moro, which means i`ll now HAVE to go to the shop 2moro for veg. Spent £50 in Sainsburys tonight on, well not alot really xx
