  • Hiya, no I've not tried emailing, I will do now! I've rang about 4 or 5 times, and just been told the same "it'll be any day now, just keep checking!".
  • My letter stated upto10 working days from hsbc.

I find it difficult to understand why after receiving your acceptance letter that it would take them unto 21 working days to credit the money to your bank account ! Must be lots of red tape !
  • My offer letter from lloyds was dated 25th july and i'm still waiting for payment. Getting really frustrated now knowing that they owe me over 2k and im really struggling for money at the moment.
Also don't understand why its taking so long!!

It's absolutely ridiculous, my interest is only calculated up till 31 Aug, so I thought that would mean I would of had it by now. I'm the same struggling as I paid out other stuff as I thought I would have had it by now. It must mean there almost paying out everyone as they have put aside 3.2billion pounds. We might have a long wait by the look of it. So frustrating.
  • Im getting the same as well. My claim was settle on the 1st september, yet it could take up to 28 day for the money to come back. To aid speed up I've asked them to deposit it back straight in to my TSB back account instead of sending a cheque.

    Any news yet funny bunny?
  • No, checked account this morning and still nothing! Been 57 days (not that i'm counting or anything)
  • I will be contacting Lloyds first thing in the morning to ensure they pay direct to my account. Just because they have to pay out doesn't mean they deliberately omit explaining how long one should have to wait. :(
