  • Evening everyone

I'm shattered tonight, this working everyday and being up at 6 is hard work. I haven't done this many hours for over 12 months. Its a shock to my system.

No os today need to do loads tomorrow though.

Its so tragic to hear about the miners, thinking of all their families and friends.

Beemuzed ((hugs)) hope your ds gets the help he needs. I hope you manage to go away on your holiday.
Beth - glad to hear your dd is ok and the police are treating it seriously.
Jackieo - well done to chloe.
Lou - hope you're feeling better soon.
Taplady - glad your feeling a little. Better.
NPM - enjoy your toy, it looks fab.
Bitsy - my ds2 takes melatonin, it has made a huge difference to his moods and also my life as he tends to be asleep by 9.30 instead of midnight or after. Pm me if you need any more info. He takes 2mg a night

Sorry if I have missed anyone. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care.

First I must say how sad it was to hear of those poor chaps in the mine.We tend to forget that mining is still a dirty, dangerous job.My late step pa-in-law was an ex-miner from Tredegar. He spent the last thirty years above ground working in the open air on the Isle of Wight yet still died of 'miners lung'I do feel for those poor families.

On a happier note thank you all for your good wishes for my DGS girlfriend Chloe's fitness test and I'm delighted to say that she has passed with flying colours and both Danny and her are thrilled to bits as she has wanted to become a police officer since she was a little girl.Tomorrow night I'm off to a family 'do' for the evening a 50th birthday plus his son is off to Brighton Uni as he has got a place there so with Chloe's good news its going to be a triple celebration.
I'm just off to pour a nice G&T and put my feet up Have a great evening whatever you are doing
    Cheers chums

  • Awful news about the miners, my heart and sympathy goes out to their families.

Absolutely shattered tonight but at least I managed to get a lot sorted. I have more things for Christmas than I thought so I am chuffed about that so I have quite a small list of things left to get :D
I am moving on to room number 2 tomorrow so I am off to my bed to try and get a good night's sleep.

    Sweet Dreams all x
