Its going to be a tight month my wages were £200 less than expected time to really cut back.
I have also got to look at our electric usage I put £10 on the meter last Friday it normally lasts 6 days however tuesday when the gas went DH put £10 on the electric aswell .. its also in the diary so in theory I should have another 6 days left yet I had nothing when I got back from school. The cynic in me is thinking what did he spend it on ... time for a little catch out me thinkswhen he phones me later I will tell him I cant speak as I'm waiting on a call from the supplier to explain why it went so fast he will panic at that. I must say hes getting more clever at taking money shame I always double check and keep notes :rotfl:Another little sneaky thing I did last weekend was not letting him out of my sight for his sneaky fag if he said he needed to nip out I said great I could do with some fresh air and got my coat he got snappier and snappier :rotfl: If your reading this DH .. I KNOW YOU SMOKE lol

It took DH less than 3 minutes to confess :rotfl:
Had a little bit of luck earlier I sent DS to the shop to get £10 gas for the meter and when he got back and put the card in they had given us £20, ds said the till was playing up and they did it twice as the first credit hadn't worked...wish I had sent him with £100 now(not really I think I'd own up if it was a large amount!):o
I have a few bits to add to ebay but I'm thinking maybe post christmas would be best. I have a large spare room bursting at the seems it needs to go! I think I should stay away from the grabbit boards!
This week we got free a celebrations tin and a heros tin plus a £5 price check voucher so paid £5 to take them.. thanks Mr T don't mind if I do!
We are going "home" this weekend and taking all our christmas stuff down out of the way of prying eyes.Electric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100 -

My Oh wouldnt cave as quick as that he would let me ring up, its bad enough seeing how much energy being used by meter readings let alone having to top up.:DMAKE £2022 in 2022 no 29 £2022/£434.10

Hi i need to be doing this glitching thing!! Is it when you notice that you have been charged more and ret item get a refund and get to keep item??xx0

They changed the system a few years ago its double the difference now on over charges. On the grabbit board there is a current Double the difference glitch on the £10 meal deals I think you get paid £12 to take them away. I haven't tried this one as no room in the freezer but I may tomorrow as I can take it to my mums while we are there.Electric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100

I've never tried the glitch thing either, i tried to keep up with the thread on it all but i got confuzzled (easily done)
do they automatically refund you double the difference or do you have to ask them for it?
