I've been deleting mine since they went from 57p to 17p to 10p. But 0.01p?

ive got two reviews ready to write on ciao but it's saying the product isn't found. i would like to contact ciao to suggest they add it but i can't see where i contact them

one of the items is "Phil Thompson Autobiography: Stand Up Pinocchio " if someone can talk me through where/how to suggest they add this i would be very grateful.

    ciao does state
"Can I write about products which are not included on Ciao?

No, you can only write reviews about products that are listed in the Ciao product categories. However, should you wish to review a product which is not in the list, you can always propose that it be added to the catalogue. In each category, underneath the product selection, you will find a link "Product not found?". We will process your request as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee that we will introduce the product that you suggest into the product catalogue.
but i can't find this option

in addition, ive got 2-3 email addresses which ive tried to use but they all bounce back to me

Glad to see i'm not being fussy in thinking that site is rubbish, i've never been a member of any survey site (and i'm a member of many) that gives so little for peoples time.

Not only that but actually finding a survey i'm eligable for is a complete lottery, i've had at least 10 this week and was eligable for one. I never have this problem with any other site, the odd one yeah but nearly every survey from them asks me about 5 minutes of questions before telling me i'm no good after all, again this seems to be far worse with Ciao than any other site.

I check my email often so occasionally have had a go straight away, can only assume they only offer 1 person the chance to fill a survey in before they close it and that that single person fills it in at lightning speed.

They pay so little for them too that i'm sure a Chinese sweatshop worker would be on a higher wage when worked out per hour.

I'm fast running out of patience with them as so far out of 15 surveys i've had one i've been payed 49p for, so far i've dedicated about an hour to reading the emails, logging on the website, filling in 5 minutes of a survey (with info that should already be on their system much of the time, my age only changes once a year but I have to tell them each time) to be told no thanks.....all for 49p. That's poor.

I'm still prepared to give it a chance but I doubt i'll be a member of the site for much longer if it continues like this for long. I'm amazed anyone bothers.

I used to regularly receive surveys for over £1, recently though haven't had any paying over 50p approx. The 10p and 17p ones I just delete. If others did the same, maybe they would appreciate the value of the people who actually take the time and trouble to fill in these surveys.

Perhaps we should all email Ciao a link to this thread?

I agree with much of what has been said - they are the biggest time wasters in the survey industry at present (as well as some of the poorest payers for time spent.)

My advice would be that if you don't manage to click a link to a survey the very same day, or within a couple of hours of it arriving, simply DELETE without trying - the chance you will get anything for your time are minimal.
  • Has anyone else been getting "Second chance" surveys? Sounds like they're struggling for participants>

and I haven't done one for months, PLUS I have submitted a request to leave which they have totally ignored, and have continued to bombard me with rubbish. Hate them.

I had a survey from Toluna yesterday which worked out at £2. This morning i got the exact same survey through from Ciao but they were offering 51p
The surveys are from another company, the surveys are about cinema films.
