  • Stebez,
I have no explanation why you had your problems just as I wonder with YouGuv!

The low payout that Ciao had and I mean lower that the fiver plus sum has saved me a few times from the wrath of the banks.

Yet I have been signed up with YouGuv for 4 years now and only achieved £8.00!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am of the opinion that the new parent company have moved the goalposts without apparently telling me...to pliss me off and others as they do not wish to incur the previous owners debt........call me cynical please

  • If they continue to regularly offer only 10 measly pence for each survey available it'll take the average member about 3-5 years just to get that £5 minimum payout. You could earn that in 50 minutes doing even a mimum wage job!

They used to be fairly generous offering at least £1 for most surveys, but since they changed to basically offering you nothing (especially if you take into account the cost of YOUR electric whilst taking the survey - it might even end up costing you money!!!), i've just laughed at their emails and deleted them. Complete and utter waste of time

I find Valued Opinions much better.

I have been signed up with Valued Opinions for 3 years and have yet to receive a survey!
Guess in comparison 1p an hour is rich:eek:

I thought they always had a limit on payout? I haven't ever been able to withdraw less than £5, and I've been a member for years.

  • I must admit that when I get the invites for the new Ciao Beta wotsit, the payment is dreadfully low, but I still get the old style ones come through too!

As for valued opinions... Have you filled out your profile properly? I've been with them about 8 months and had roughly £40 from them! (sorry to rub it in!)
  • I got a survey yesterday - 20min for 4 pounds. I have also been offered info for exclusive sites and game demos! :D

  • Are you sure the minimum payout is a new thing? I've been a member for years and as far as I'm aware it has always been £5.

That is exactly what I was getting and gave up. Yesterday I got offered one for £1.66 and they said it would take 25 mins. Are they having a laugh?? I might sit my 2 year old in front of the pc doing that but not me. Surely others don't complete them for such a small reward??
